    Jeff Schwartz came to give us a quote on our dying boiler, and he was great. Very attentive and friendly, and gave us plenty of useful information. He came promptly as we called Gen3 the same day, so it was awesome that they were able to send someone so quickly. He quickly gave us quotes for a few options that would work well for us. Service like this is greatly appreciated since we are new homeowners and are navigating taking care of things.Ive edited this review, because we chose to move forward with Gen3 and replaced our boiler and water heater. We are SO PLEASED. Two technicians came to perform the removal and installation, Max Fayn and Luis Blazquez. They arrived promptly, and immediately noticed the host of issues with both appliances and they way they had been poorly installed. I know nothing about HVAC anything, and both gentlemen were patient, knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. They even worked with me around a scheduling conflict that caused a slight delay on my part, and were very gracious. They worked quickly and efficiently, checked all the radiators, replaced the bad pipes attached to the boiler, and positioned the new one considerately so that it could rest safely on a flat surface. They were so very thorough, and cleaned up after finishing.It felt great to know that not only did Gen3 make it affordable and attractive to replace our boiler and water heater with a low stress process, but that they also employ great people. Everyone, from the folks who took our calls and scheduled the free quote and replacement, to the finance dept., to the technicians Max and Luis themselves, were kind, attentive, helpful, and thorough.THIS is the kind of customer service and reputable work that makes and keeps customers.     I used Gen3 previously for my new heating system. Now, using them for some electrical work. Josh did a great job explaining the estimate and work that is going to be performed. Josh is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He also made some great recommendations. I highly recommend Josh and Gen3.The installation team, led by Scott, completed the work as targeted in the contract. Great communication throughout the process. Very pleased by the work that was performed!

Josh T did a great job explaining the scope of work to us and reviewing the existing conditions.     Robbie was GREAT! On time, very thorough, and the amount of patience he displayed by answering my many questions was phenomenal. During the assessment he explained the problem step by step and then explained how he would fix it!!!!     Update: I had the pleasure of meeting Rich A. The technician who came to service my heater. He was prompt, provided excellent service, and gave me the knowledge and information I needed about my heating system to keep it in good standing. He was through in his work and made me comfortable knowing I made the right decision in choosing Gen3.I just had the pleasure of working with Jeff S. All I can say is what an angel!!! I called GEN3 as a second opinion to servicing my heater and had the pleasure of speaking with Tywan (unsure of spelling) and he gave me ample information and helped me schedule my appointment. Jeff came out the next day. Upon his arrival, he put on boots covers (which the other company did not do and tracked dirt and mud on my carpet as it was raining that day). He was so personable, gave the best advice for my situation, and was just a standup guy all around. I wasnt pressured to purchase anything but decided to buy the membership in the meantime as it worked with my current situation. I can honestly say Jeff is top tier!     Mr. Coleman was very helpful. He immediately found out the problem was related to the breaker to the furnace was in the off position. When the electrical work was done in August, and the technicians labeled the fuse box, the furnace was not included. Just a small error. I am now waiting for a HVAC tech to come and light the pilot.Mr. Paul Browne came out today 12/26/24 and assessed my furnace. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the heating system and what needed to be done to get me up and running, again. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise.Mr. Jairo Delgado then came less than an hour letter to help me figure out financing. Again, he also was very thorough and knowledgeable. He let me know what my choices were in financing, and thank God, I was approved! I couldnā€™t have had a better experience with either of these gentleman. Thank you both, again!

    Our experience was extremely positive. Will was knowledgeable, helpful, and very thorough. We had several light installations and he took the time to make sure everything would work as requested as well as be secure (we have an older home with plaster walls, so any new installations can be challenging if the electrician is not experienced or takes the time to make sure something is installed correctly). We are very pleased with the outcome and planning for future work. We will request to work with Will again.

    The company made an extensive assessment of my electrical system. It was done by Mike Janiszewski, a master electrician. He examined everything and provided an excellent evaluation over several hours. We decided on a plan of attack. Scheduling was easy and set for only a few days in the future.The team that did the work was courteous, responsive, hard working, highly competent, and thorough. It was led by Prince Matthews and Jarrod Curry, both first rate.I have much more work to be done. It will be by Gn3 and no one else.Thanks.

    Overall Excellent, really couldnt recommend them more highly.I discovered an issue with their work 16 months after the fact, called them, and they fixed it 2 days later without pushback or cost.About 16 months ago Gen3 did a service upgrade to 200 Amps on the house as well as a special street-side EV charger install. Everything went great and has been working well. Universally the workers were super knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful. There are definitely other companies that are cheaper but Iā€™m more comfortable and confident with paying more for the high-quality job they did.Flash forward to last week when we discovered that one of the seldom used 240V porch heaters was not working; the thermostat would turn on but only cycle through some error codes on the screen, with no heat. I called Gen3 on a Monday morning, after a holiday weekend, and they set up a service appt. for Wednesday.Earnest arrived in the early afternoon and resolved it in about an hour. Before they replaced the panel 16 months ago this 240V heater was wired with two 15 Amp breakers, but on the new panel it was only tied to one breaker, so it wasnā€™t getting the power it needed to function. Earnest was very friendly and knowledgeable, understood the issue, and fixed it in short order. I signed the job completion screen showing a charge of $0. Talk about a company that stands behind their work, I recommend Gen3 to everyone that asks about electrical or HVAC work. Top Notch.

    Kevin is amazing! I had to get my house rewired, and Gen3 (especially Josh) was so helpful and informative about what needed to be done, and the price was really reasonable! Unfortunately I was not here to be able to see the work done, and when I did see it, things had not been left in great shape. I got in touch with Gen3 about it, and Kevin came over the very next day and agreed that things were not up to their usual standards, and immediately made it right. Overall I have had a really great experience with them, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any electrical work done! They are very professional and take a lot of pride in their work and want to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied, which I am! Talk about going above and beyond, they really do, and really care about their customers!     Jiro explained all my options for a new system in a way that was easy to understand the pros and cons, and was able to get me a good deal on a price. Rome and his team installed a new comby system for heat and hot water and did a great job. They were knowledgeable, communicative, and hard working. When they uncovered more obstacles in my old house, they stayed 5 hours late into the evening to make sure I had heat that night. Thank you!

    Steve came to attempt to fix my old malfunctioning furnace. After trying really hard he gave me a detailed list of needed repairs along with estimates.     I felt Rob was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about his trade. I was comfortable with his recommendations. Also, I really liked Mike as he was knowledgeable and friendly as well. However, I feel as a whole the company is a tad pricey but thatā€™s just my opinion. But they do seem to be thorough I must say. Lastly, Rob and Mike as individuals were great.

    Brandon is the kind of employee that every company wishes they had. He was here to install an outlet for my new hybrid car. He explained all my options to me. I left him in the garage to do the work. When I came back out, not only had he completed the job, but he also swept out my whole garage, which was full of leaves and rearranged the items I hang on the garage wall.     Iā€™ve always had such great service from the techs at Gen3. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Never pushy on sales and quick to respond. Robert and Martin worked great as a team today too. They did a bunch of little fixes, investigated a light that wasnā€™t working and made it work, and my fav was the replacement of my can lights to LEDs.9/2023: Today I had my regular tune up by Matt, a polite technician who has been to my house for this work before. Matt did a great job of explaining what he did and what was needed. He then got me hooked up with Dominick for a quote for a new HVAC system. We had a nice chat, he showed me my system and answered questions. He gave a quote and explained why he recommended the system he did. While he was here, I asked him about an electrical issue which he couldnā€™t quote, but would get someone out. Then I got George out who fixed my electrical issue in less than 10 minutes. All of this happened within the same day with excellent communication from everyone. I continue to be very pleased with Gen3!Decided to upgrade my HVAC system with Gen3. ā€œCharlie and the Johnā€™sā€ did a fantastic job of getting the new system in, old system out and explained a few key things about the system before they left.     Hi Jeff came out to give me an estimate/present best solutions for my heating unit problems. I currently live in a 3 story house that was converted into 3 apartments. My current system consists of 3 boilers. I was thinking of replacing the 1st and 2nd floor unit with 1 new unit and leaving 3rd floor unit for the apartment. Jeff was personable and professional during the visit. He called 20 minutes out to give me a heads up of his eta. When he arrived he looked neat and professional. We talked about the house history and direction I was looking to go. We went in the basement and he assessed the condition of all 3 boilers and proposed the best solution based on limiting complexity in the work and cost. He even played with my puppy for a minute. When he left he gave me his card and promptly sent me an estimate for the work with length of time to do the job. I was totally shocked by how fast the work could be done. The price was a little more than what I was expecting but made sense after discussing with my husband.Overall, it was a great visit and I would refer GEN3 to anyone just on the level of service and 1st impressions of the company and their representatives in the field.

    Update: Today is October 9, 2024. And Earnest came to my home to inspect the ceiling fan in my bedroom because the light stopped working. I was truly grateful because I had the electrical work replaced earlier this year. Earnest was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained to me the possible reasons that my light may have stopped working.The first thing that he wanted to do was open up my ceiling fan. After he did he saw that a wire needed to be reconnected. After he did that my lights came back on. I was overjoyed! He corrrected the problem. And he was also very respectful of my home. I also appreciate how their technicians were foot booties to cover their shoes upon entering my home. Generation 3 electric will ALWAYS be my 1st call for the electrical work that I need done in my home. Thank you generation 3 electric for having great customer service, good employees and quick response times. Below is my previous review.Most recently, I hired this company to take care of some emergency electrical work in my home in January 2024. One of my lights blew out and I turned it back on in the circuit breaker box. I think that I turned on the tripped breaker 2 times. Well, the 2nd time that I did I smelled FIREšŸ”„ within my walls. šŸ˜³So, I called Gen3 for the rescue!!! šŸ™ŒšŸ¾šŸ™ŒšŸ¾šŸ™ŒšŸ¾They discovered that several rooms in my home that had old wires needed to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!! But they went above and BEYOND the call of duty.Not only did they replace the wiring for my bedroom, they used separate lines. They put my ceiling fan and light switch on my ceiling fan on different lines.That enabled me to still keep my ceiling fan on even when the light is turned off.They also noticed that I needed another electrical socket in my bedroom. So, they installed that. And I believe that they changed the wires on another outlet in my bedroom as well.But their awesome skill and customer service did not stop there. You see, they looked over my entire home and made recommendations. As a home get older it had different needs. They also ran a new electrical wire in the outlet in my bathroom to make it safer. They did this because I mentioned to them that I blow-dry my hair in the bathroom. So, they put it on a separate line so that if it tripped it wouldnt affect anything else. For that, I was truly thankful and appreciative.I have discerned this is a company that takes their time and takes pride in their work. They want to make sure that things are done CORRECTLY. So, after the work was completed when I mentioned to them that I saw a little mess from where some holes were drilled the very next day they sent someone back out to my home to clean up the mess. They also honored the original price that I was quoted after they started the big job in my home when they discovered that MORE work was needed to be done than they originally quoted.Oh, and did I mention that I felt like a celebrity when they came to my home in January? I felt like they brought their entire crew to my home on the day of the job. That made me feel so special. Im just a regular person with a row home. There were men working in the basement, men working in my room, and guys working in my bathroom.And even as recent as yesterday (May 7,2024) when I thought that more work needed to be done in my home because of a perceived issue by me, a technician came to my home. His name was (Asmara) and he carefully inspected everything with one of his team mates. They did not rush. I felt that my concerns were HEARD. They performed several test. And when they left I was completely satisfied.So, if you are like me and are particular about your home. Meaning that you want things done right AND get the best value for your buck I HIGHLY recommend that pick Gen3. They are in my mental roladex. Lol. They are the 1st electrical company that I will think about. And I will ALWAYS choose them; YOU should too.

He was able to quickly assess our houseā€™s needs and sent us an estimate only a few hours later. While I was not at the house to meet Rob, my wife did and she felt very safe and in good hands. Rob provided us with very fair estimates for our potential mini split system. Once again, Rob was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and personable and GEN3 is lucky to have him!

    Great experience getting a new condenser and coil through GEN3. Domenic came out to give an estimate and was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After the estimate, they got me scheduled quickly to get the new unit in (even offered to put it in on a Saturday but the job wasnt urgent) and the team that came out to replace it were also very friendly and professional. The main technician Jonathan answered a ton of my questions and helped identify some potential weak spots in the duct system since I wasnt getting air in certain areas.
