Frank arrived as scheduled. He listened carefully to owner input. Frank was thorough in his inspection of the issues and in his explanation of the multiple steps required. We were impressed with his quality of work at each level.

Frank, who has been to our home a number of times, is always amazing for all that he has been able to repair for us!! Today he found where the problem was in our indoor riding arena to where the electric outlets are for keeping the outdoor troughs from freezing!! And after fixing that, during a snowstorm, he came in the house and figured out why a fan/light in a bedroom, that hadn’t been working, was put together incorrectly at the factory, and he rewired that part of it, and now it is working perfectly!! We had a basement remodel done recently- 6 months in we started to experience unusual intermittent outages on one circuit. Frank was able to identify a couple of code infractions, then split the overloaded circuit into 3 separate protected circuits. No More outages, no light flickers. As for me, never another electrical job with an unlicensed contractor. Frank was prompt, friendly, and offered clear explanations of the problem and repair. I would definitely recommend Shaum, and Franks one of the best!Bob

Im the assistant store manager at Rally House in South Bend, Indiana. We contacted Shaum about fixing our outdoor store lights, they sent one of their techs, Anthony Cenkush out. Anthony was super professional and went above and beyond to make sure the work got done. Weve had several people out to fix this issue and Anthony is the only one to stay until he knew the job was finished. Anytime we have any further issue, well certainly be contacting Shaum and asking for Anthony. He is the standard that should be set for all employees. A++++++

Schaum Electric was absolutely awesome. After purchasing a starter home for my grandson, we decided to move a wall to make the bedroom bigger. When doing so, we realized there was NO insulation in the home, only shiplap, vinyl siding and thin paneling. So we started to rip down the old, moldy paneling thinking it will be easier for the electrician to work if we take the walls down to the studs. Well, little did we know that if a house is 25% remodeled, it cant be grandfathered in and has to be a total re-wire. Shaum Electric came in about $4000 below other quotes that we received. This was still quite a sticker shock as we were expecting a couple of outlets to be fixed! Frank, Steve and Cassidy were all awesome. Frank said he isnt the best electrician in the world but I tend to differ. Thanks guys!

Cassidy handled the incoming call professionally and gave me a time range to expect Frank. Frank arrive well within the given time range. He was courteous and promptly diagnosed the problem. He gave me the option to DIY the project or pay them to replace the bad fixture. I was charged one hour up front (NOT AN EXTRA FEE FOR COMING OUT) and Frank was in and out in one hour so there were no additional charges.
