    Our water heater broke and needed repair. When I called K & K, they sent a technician who tried to fix my water heater. When it was not able to be repaired K & K was prompt with getting me an estimate for a new one. It was affordable and was put in the following day. I could not be more happy with how fast the response was to get me and my family back to our normal routine. I simply cannot thank their entire team enough!

    We just moved permanently into the area and are very pleased that we got connected to K&K through a recommendation of our neighbor. The cost was significantly lower than another quote we had received. Don was really helpful in designing our system and answering our questions. Deanna was very organized and friendly in the scheduling and billing process. The team of installers were also friendly, arrived on time and tried really hard to keep things as clean as possible. The furnace is working really well! We are very happy that we found this company!

    They came out within an hour of calling torepair our boiler on a Sunday. Got us up and running quickly.I highly recommend K&K as they installed our AC system and also do the routine boiler service each fall for us.Their service techs are great!

    I called in a “no heat”. Within minutes the owner, Kevin called me and stopped by to assess the issue. K&K repair tech made us a priority. Kevin assisted to make sure it got done quickly as the temperature in the house had dropped into the low 50s.I would recommend them to friends and family without reservation!

    I used K&K after Bill, the tech that came out found my heat exchanger was defective. The office was nice to deal with and Bill was very polite and spent time helping me understand the problem. I would recommend them in a minute.

    We recently moved to the Elk Rapids area and scheduled service for an assessment of our heating system. Bill and Connor were meticulous with their work and discovered a potentially dangerous safety issue with how the furnace was configured. They were able to change a part and regulate the pressure so that were ready to go for the winter heating season. Outstanding professionalism by these two!!
