Zach owner of Douglas Electric was absolutely awesome. After not getting returned calls from other electricians and delayed estimates from others, I called Douglas Electric. Zach answered the phone and was able to come and look at my job the next day. He was a great listener and worked with me on all my needs for wiring my new detached garage within my budget. His availability was more than reasonable fitting my job in a very reasonable time. He is a great communicator returning all texts and calls promptly. I was responsible to dig the 100 foot trench from the house to the garage to save on money. I had a problem with the last 20 feet. Zach brought his trencher and knocked it out for me for a very reasonable price. I built a storage loft inside the garage and Zach noticed it would be dark under the loft. He added light for me at no extra charge since he was already wiring in the area. We had a minor issue on where the above lights were when installing the garage door openers. No problem Zach came back immediately and fixed them in no time to not impact the garage door opener install which was scheduled that day. Their quality of work is impeccable. He truly takes pride in what they do. We can’t be happier with the work. A very professional, punctual, and overall great experience. These type of companies are hard to find these days. Thank you Zach for a great experience. You will be my go to guy for all future electrical work. If you’re looking for a good electrician, Douglas Electric is your guy. I highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Zach from Douglas-Electric! Zach is professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. While my scheduled service was meant to replace and reorganize breakers, Zach discovered the entire box needed to be replaced. He took the time to acquire the box and then continued on with the project, finishing the same day. He even addressed a couple issues not related to my original appointment. Zach is committed and his prices are very reasonable. Ive already booked him for another much needed electrical repair. UPDATE: Zach and his team recently replaced my outside breaker box (the other disaster left by a former electrician) and it was another VERY POSITIVE experience. His crew, Parker and Anthony, were great.

Zach saved the day. I hired the wrong electrician that talked a good game but didn’t deliver. Zach at Douglas Electric came in afterwards and fixed everything they did wrong and did it fast. I will definitely be using Douglas Electric going forward.

Zach and his crew did exceptional work, upgrading my electrical panel. They worked efficiently and were professional and courteous with me and with each other. Zach was flexible to accommodate my schedule with the inspection and even provided recommendations for other projects I’m interested in. Zach and his crew are great electricians. I needed 240v power to the back of my house for a Mitsubishi hyper-heat mini split system. They were able to run the electric above my ceiling in the already finished basement to an exit point outside, located relatively close to the aforementioned equipment. What was impressive was their ability to navigate the wire above the ceiling while bypassing several obstructions. They exceeded my expectations and as a result I would highly recommend Zachs company.

Hes professional, responsive and easy to deal with. I have never had a bad experience with Zac and when it comes to anything electric, there is no-one I trust more.

We couldn’t be happier having found Douglas Electric. I had a hard time getting people to even call me back. I had others just not even show up. Douglas Electric was at my house within hours of calling them. They do great work and got it done fast. I can’t recommend Douglas Electric enough.

Ive had all bad experiences with contractors for other services over the last 5 years, but not with Zach at Douglas Electric. Two adjectives characterize the service that I received - reliable and quality. Reliable because my phone calls were returned and texts responded to in a timely manner and included helpful advice with my budget in mind. Quality was consistent, and helped to make my property seller ready. I worked with Douglas Electric twice, and I expect that I will again!

Zach and his guys recently ran electrical for my entire 60’x40’ shop. The shop started with only one outlet… Now I have so many outlets I need to buy more stuff to plug into them…I would highly recommend them for any electrical project..
