When we purchased our home, we were provided with no information whatsoever regarding the sanitary waste system on the property. When we learned we were not connected to a public sewer, we contacted Talon Septic to see if it had any information. Fortunately, it had all the records we needed. They were friendly and courteous in responding to our concerns, and promptly provided the pump out service we requested at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Talon Septic to anyone in need of sanitary waste system support services. The staff is always cheerful and the service always comes with a smile.

Talon Septic was called to unclog a sewer line at my business in T or C. Cheryl and Timber, who work in the office, sent Lucas and Shane to my business to troubleshoot the clog in the sewer system. After several attempts throughout the day, working with Cheryl and Timber dispatching Lucas and Shane, the problem was diagnosed and even though they moved on to another job, another worker Mark was sent at 7:30 p.m. to jet out the line and released the clog. Because of Talon Septic’s follow-through, alongside the City of T or C’s workers, my business re-opened the next day. Talon Septic is a 5-star plus company.
