Great service WITH INTEGRITY by Teddy Sasse in solving our septic tank dilemma. He interfaced with a pump installation crew to replace our 11 month old pump gone bad with another and working out electrical issues with alarm system. Will definitely re-hire them for future needs.

We asked Jones Electic to our assist with our Christmas lighting around our neighborhood park. Due to weather and lightning, we had multiple GFCI issues. All were resolved and the lights look beautiful. Props to Teddy Sasse for the professional work. Really liked that he both texted and called as follow ups.

I Have used Jones Electric several times and have NEVER been disappointed. Yesterday, I called to have 5 Smoke Alarms installed. The electrician called immediately and offered to pick up the devices and install them that day. He and his apprentice arrived 45 minutes later with the 5 Smoke Alarms in tow. Within 45 minutes I had 5 new Smoke Alarms installed and tested. You cant beat that for service! Thank you Jones Electric.

Had a short somewhere that was repeatedly tripping a breaker in our box that ultimately was preventing our access to hot water. We called Jones Elec and they were able to dispatch an electrician within a few hours. Teddy arrived and after much troubleshooting was able to isolate the faulting outlet (behind an outdoor tv) and got everything squared away. Great dude with great attention to detail and technical knowledge. David has a great crew and we are always impressed working with these guys. Thanks so much!
