I have used two local septic services in the past month and Six M’s is the best. Anybody can pump out a septic tank but Six M’s stands out. I really appreciated the quality of service and the level of communication. They took the time to answer my questions on the phone, let me know accurately when they would arrive, and gave me a heads up when they were in route. Communication is one of the hallmarks of good customer service. Additionally, they were friendly and helpful, and didn’t make me feel silly about any of the questions that I asked. I cannot stress enough how valuable it is to me to have a service provider talk to me like I am a human being and not make me feel silly for not knowing. Add to that a friendly personality and you can begin to see why this family run business has been around for so long. I would not hesitate to use them again and will ONLY refer people to this septic business. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and at a very fair price. 10/10
