This company is exceptional! I encountered issues with not having power to a portion of my home & was in need of an electrician. I was reluctant at first because I wasnt sure: who to call, how much it would cost me to have this problem fixed, and if I was going to be taken advantage of. Thankfully, I called the right company! Letty had scheduled me in for the same day, eased some concerns I had, and let me know upfront what the pricing could range from. Miguel and Rafael showed up to my home within an hour from calling, diagnosed the problem, and not only did they fix my problem but they fixed 2 other minor issues I had on my to do list! All this was done within an hour! Letty, Miguel, and Rafael were all very knowledgeable, informative through the whole process, and had excellent customer service skills! Id highly recommend Sun City Electric Company to anyone & everyone that is in need of an electrician! Hands down to all of you at Sun City Electric, it was a pleasure doing business with you and if I ever encounter an electrical issue youll be the first & only company I call!

I would give Sun Electric 10 stars if it was an option! They are so easy to work with! I appreciate professional and great workmanship and this is what this company is about.Mike was the lead electrician. He explains what he’s doing and why. I am a retired veteran who believes in service. This company does too!

Had a pool light switch installed and outdoor accent light repaired with Sun City Electric. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Availability was an issue, but that is not their fault. When you do good work you are busy. They offered to help me find a recommended electrician if I wasnt willing to wait for their services. I wasnt in a rush so I opted to wait. Work was done promptly and professionally. The guys that came out were super friendly. Great experience with Sun City Electric all around. Highest possible recommendation.

I called Sun City to try to book an electrician. The secretary was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, she said they were booked up for a few weeks, but shed be happy to refer me to other locally owned companies they know if I needed the work done sooner. I appreciated the transparency and assistance even though they knew they couldnt earn my business this time.

Did everything they could to have a technician make a service call on a very busy day. These folks are responsive, customer oriented, and professional. They did repairs as quickly as possible to keep the cost down for us. Came, fixed, and left satisfied customer.

This company was on top of things came to my house this morning about 30 min after I called ty so much guys i had a bad electrical outlet could of caused a fire if not taken care of .great job very professional people. 👍
