We have used Premier a few times in the past for electrical and drywall repairs as well as for this current job to repair exterior stucco. The results are always better than expected. They are professional, timely and clean up afterwards. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the completed job. If there are any concerns during or after completion, Luis is quick to respond. Luis is very personable and has always returned calls and/or messages.

Premier Home Updates was a pleasure to work with. Their level of expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail is of the highest caliber. We had drywall repair work, electrical, and plumbing work done at my mothers home by this company and the results were absolutely superb. Prior to working with Premier Home Updates, we had worked with a different dry wall contractor that produced terrible quality work. Luis and Carlos were able to repair the previous work and the results were impeccable. Their prices are very reasonable, but most importantly, their work is unmatched. We are beyond thankful to this company for the high quality work that they did and highly recommend working with Premier Home Updates.

He went above and beyond his call of duty, his original job was to fix and repair a plumbing issue in which he did an amazing job , he fixed the storm door whereas we were trapped in that wouldn’t open at no additional charge and to add that my boys ceiling fan was defective he took time out to go get a replacement all during the time he had advised me he was coming early in order to be finished time enough to pick up his daughter from school in which he made other arrangements for someone to pick up his daughter up from school. These guys are total champs. A DIFFERENT company came out to fix our toilets first, theyd auger for 3 minutes and say it was fixed, then leave. Hours later Id call back, because my toilet was still filling up after use and not flushing. Those guys (2 brothers) came out 3 different days and accomplished nothing, rudely saying theyd just replace the toilet, even though it was fairly new. Those guys basically replace our toilets ever year, as their fix for any and all problems.They werent willing to check the main line and I dont think they even knew how tbh. The problem was getting worse and we were left without that toilet for 5 days. The issue progressed into a shower issue at that point, leaving us without that shower as well. Thats when PREMIERE HOMES came to the rescue (Fernando and Luis specifically). They came out and worked hard to figure out the issue. Fernando immediately fixed 1 toilet that the previous plumbers hadnt even properly installed months before. It had been rocking back and forth and wobbling into the wall since installation. It turns out that a very old part was intentionally left in the base of the brand new toilet, by the previous plumbers from the other company. That made it incredibly unstable, and eventually it wouldve led to a really bad situation for us. Fernando removed the entire toilet and fixed the issue in record time, leaving the toilet properly installed and sturdy. Then, Luis and Fernando figured out what the problem was with the problematic toilet. They worked nonstop for hours in that bathroom and up on the roof. Now we have our toilets and shower working perfectly again and are grateful that these guys are hard workers who will put in the hard work to fix plumbing problems. If you have plumbing problems PREMIERE HOME UPDATES is the company to call. They will figure it out and fix it, rather than just installing yet another brand new toilet. Also, Luis was kind and mopped and wiped up the mess afterwards, rather than leaving the bathroom a big mess (like the other plumbing company would do every time).
