Daniel and Bryan came and serviced the heater. They found out it needed a new part but only after taking many different avenues and attempts to fix it. I appreciate their time spent and am grateful that they havent tried to upsell me on a new heater... because yes it is old. They were very professional and courteous and also spent time to explain whatever questions I asked. Great team!

Not only was the work done quickly and so very efficiently, they are extremely meticulous with clean up! Ms. Nanci really seems to enjoy helping me picked the rocks and colors for my new yard! Also the communication throughout the process was amazing.

As a lifetime El Pasoan and knowing how suffocatingly dangerous El Paso heat can be, this year we bought a new mini split unit and made the mistake of using Craigslist to find somebody to install it. BIG MISTAKE! The finished work was not what we had in mind as it was obvious why they were on Craigslist. The situation took a turn for the worse as the whole unit stopped working completely only two weeks after installation. We got what we paid for.We are so grateful to have found Nanci and Tony. They were considerate of our issues and showed a sense of urgency to help us resolve them. They offered us a reasonable and affordable price, and we had cold air that same day. Alfredo and their awesome field technicians made sure our unit was working properly (drainage, wiring, freon) and did a beautiful job making it and exposed lines look clean and crisp. We now feel at ease, have a piece of mind knowing the job was done right, and cant be happier. LEED Home and Business Solutions epitomize professionalism, integrity, and great work.

Did a lot of searching for refrigerated air, almost a years worth. When we met tony and his wife nancy we were impressed with their knowledge, but mostly their passion. They cared for the work they did, they did multiple checks on the work themselves, before and afterwards and were always quick to respond. They accommodated all the adjustments we requested, the price was extremely reasonable and many things were thrown in that other companies were charging us 100s more. This is a great company and I feel the people behind it make a company trustful. I can tell you from my experience, I trusted them every step. Also our install tech victor was excellent! He made sure we had air the same day of work, on a cold winter day. Great experience. Highly recommended from me!
