We had severe problems on the road coming from Florida to Cali, and needed help on a Saturday.We called James, and he moved his schedule around to accept us, or 20 foot truck, and 34 foot travel trailer in his small parking lot.The problem would have totally sidelined our truck on the side of the road if not addressed. the issue was of the A/C pulley wobbling and hitting and slowly cutting our lower radiator hose, and radiator support bolt.He installed a complete new A/C unit, doing quality work at a more than fair price.What a nice humble guy. Dropped off an alternator for 05 expedition for rebuild. Had it back in in less than 4 days. Installed this past Friday and seems to be working well. Will definitely keep Francos in mind for future repairs like this.
