Great friendly service. I was out of power in a bed room and DANTEX was able to provide services after hours when nobody else was willing to come out. My wife relies on medical equipment for daily use and DANTEX resolved the issue and corrected the electrical problem. I was very pleased with the work and customer service. The pricing is reasonable and I will continue to use this company for future electrical work needed for my house.

Reliable and effective! They came out for an estimate yesterday and came back today with the team. What I thought was going to take most of the day only took them about an hour and a half. His team was able to fix our circuit breaker and outlets. We will definitely hire them again if we need their services for one of our other properties.

Update: my house is old.. issue came back 2 weeks later (this time during business hours, thankfully) and isolated the issue and made the repair plus an additional fix to go a step further beyond the issue we had to help mitigate anything else from coming up. Still a very reasonable price, respectful crews, clean, and quality work…I’m very pleased with the work done! Came out on a Sunday night and repaired an issue- at a very reasonable price. Hung around for a few minutes and ran a few things to try to replicate the issue….

Efren answered my phone call right away 5:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon (May 3 2024). He came all the way from the West side to see why my electrical sub panel box kept tripping and also had one of his electricians come by as well. Both figured out what was wrong and showed me that I needed to change from an aluminum wire my general contractor had other electricians install, to copper.Previously my general contractor said I couldnt run everything I wanted in my new addition unless I changed the entire electrical panel and upgraded everything. It was irritating since he should have thought of that almost a year ago when he knew what type of electrical things were going into the new addition. So I thought if I used the least amount of electrical things in the new addition, things would be okay. That didnt happen!After Efren looked at everything, he said I needed to get a thicker copper wire that could handle the electrical load for the new addition I had built. He also said I didnt need to buy another electrical panel box. By Monday everything was upgraded with a new thicker PVC pipe to accommodate the upgraded wiring. Then Efren had me turn on every electrical appliance (washing machine, dryer, stove with 5 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher), lights, air conditioning units in the new addition to see if any fuses tripped. We ran everything for 24 hours without any problems. Since then, I dont have to worry about fuses tripping and can use as many electrical appliances as I need to.I like that Efren tried to fix everything in a cost effective way. He did warn me the most expensive thing would be the copper wiring. I do believe you get what you pay for. Efren and his crew were very informative and friendly. I would definitely hire him again if I need any more electrical work done.
