Throughout the entire process, my expectations were consistently exceeded by the respect, courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Byrd and his entire team. Every phase of my septic system replacement project from inspection and approvals to final site cleanup and seeding was explained and my numerous questions answered thoroughly. The staff and crew were exceptional and very responsive keeping me informed and involved in every step of a major undertaking. Thomas Byrd and his entire company are to be commended for going above and beyond to get the project completed within budget and ahead of a very tight and demanding schedule. The range of services provided was all inclusive of my specific and unique project requirements including inspections, engineering and tree removal. At the conclusion of the project, my property was returned to a pristine state. I highly recommend the services of Thomas Byrd Plumbing and Septic.

I highly recommend Tom Byrd Plumbing. They were prompt, arriving within the appointment window. Mike looked at my job and gave me an estimate of how long the job would take and how much it would cost. He was spot on! He was also very clean and thorough, and cleaned up his work area when finished. Ive had Tom Byrd Plumbing do several jobs at my house, and Ive always been pleased with their work!

I had a serious problem with my plumbing the main pipe supplying my house with water completely rotted through, After getting several estimates, all of which were in the thousands of dollars. I contacted Thomas Byrd, Within an hour I had a plumber in my house fixing the problem at a significantly lower price then everyone else, The rep. who came was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and friendly. Before the afternoon was over my problem was fixed better then new. He went the extra mile, noticed another potential problem, even showed me the correct way to fix it. I cant remember the last time I was treated with so much fairness from a contractor. Thomas Byrd is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank You Thomas Byrd.

There was a clog in my line at my townhome! They came late the first time and thought it was clear? But low and behold they worked under the unit next door! But two days later they came back and found that not only my #1 unit was clogged, but the whole 8 units were clogged from both ends! Cleared now. This should be checked every 6 months? Big Thomas Byrd made sure on Friday that happened! They are the Only one that knows how to really fix these problems in our units! Thank you Big Thomas Byrd!

If you want a guy that will show you every single thing, good or bad then you should use Tom. He explained everything to me and my wife and probably saved us over $40,000. I highly recommend him and his team.I’ve had inspections before and was not explained the problems as well.. not as thorough as Tom explained and SHOWED me, he inspected more then he needed to and was at the home with me for over 2 hours! Best money we ever spent.

Our well water pressure tank fittings were leaking. We reached out. Kim was friendly and professional, took all the information, sent Tom D. out within the hour. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the pressure tank and complete fitting assembly. New parts were all adjusted and tested, ensuring proper function. While on scene he noticed a vent hose on our water heater was not properly fastened, emitting vapors into the basement. He secured the hose. I would highly recommend Tom Byrd Plumbing services to anyone in need of any plumbing concerns. They were prompt, professional, experienced and thorough.
