    We had a water line out by our water meter that busted in the middle of the night on Saturday. We tried the service we normally use and it was quite the mix up. Companies were telling us 2 weeks out or not returning our calls. This company on Tuesday came and looked the situation over and said they would be here on Thursday to fix it and we would have water and they were true to their word. Two men were here and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took alot of pictures and answered all of our questions and yes we had water in a short time. Now it is very pricey but when nobody else can get it taken care of.... So many companies now days cant get enough help or get the parts needed. We are very thankful to have water again.

    Profession and fast. Very happy with the work done and knowledgeable service. Added on top of this, I called them out the next day for an unrelated water leak and the fix was minor, and they did not even charge me. Wow! What great service. I highly recommend these plumbers.

    Tim was great. He was courteous and despite all the frustrations he never voiced any profanity or anger. I would have him back any time.However, the pipe is still clogged. I have gained access to the line and it has a good gradient on it. I have resnaked it and it still has something in the line. Despite Tim snaking it all the way to the main septic line, it still will not drain. While Tims work was great the results are not. I am not satisfied.Update to 3 stars: Jadan came out 11/6 and tried again. He used water this time but still couldnt break the gunk loose. They hope to use one more tool before repiping.Update to 5 stars: Cody came out and jet washed this problem away. It was the toughest clog any of the 3 techs had ever seen. I may go to a bi-annual clean out with these professionals. Thanks team.

    Service and personnel professional. Its never a good time for sewer line repairs, so cant fault them for that. Job is being completed in timely manner, so very happy about that. Just need to rip the band-aid off and get on with it.

    I had a drain line re-routed for a sump pump. They were very prompt. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to come out within two days while Ive been waiting months for other plumbers. Good service - just be insistent about what you want because they changed things without consulting me first. They changed the discharge location - now the middle of my yard instead of the back corner is drowning - and they didnt go through the foundation like I had stated - now I still cant seal my crawlspace entry like I was hoping. I didnt have them change it once I noticed. I didnt think it would be a big deal at the time but now Im going to have to redo work myself.

    We had a backup in our church basement bathrooms. It was a challenge to find the blockage and it took the team 4 attempts on 4 different days to get it found, but they did and it works great now! They were quick to get to us when we made our initial call and they were diligent to keep going until they found it. They charged us for the service and not the hour so that saved us a lot of money over other plumbers that would have been wracking up hours on the job times the number of guys.Roto-Rooter was great to work with, professional, cognizant of our time and flexible with our schedule when it ran into multiple days. Highly recommend!

    Had family in from out of town on Thanksgiving when the line to the septic tank decided to root up. Called local company to no avail. Wife found roto rooter on line and we gave them a call. Best decision we could have made. From initial call to service completed, professional, friendly, and prompt. Even on a holiday evening, our service tech Cody was amazing. Kevin came out the following day at no charge to put a camera down the pipe to investigate the problem and give us options for a long term repair. 5 star from start to finish.Thanks, Tony and Rae

    I am so sorry I forgot our technician name he was so professional and his thought of cleaning and cleanliness was so professional as he was professional his skills where top notch he was here couple hours maybe and was gone with the sewer lines were cleared and flowing it was a huge relief he did discover tree roots into the pipes and found a lot of plumbing issues that where done before I moved in such as a cast iron pipe that needs to be removed and plumbing that needs reworked he showed up earlier than the time that was set which was awesome for us !     Best customer service from a plumber Ive ever had. Every 6 months my pipes would clog. Local plumbers would unclog it and be on there way. Roto rooter not only unclothed it but ran a camera down the pipes to see what was clogging it. The camera showed a root that keeps growing into the pipes after its unclothed. This company is 90 minutes away from me and could got there quicker than any local plumbers, which by the way had me waiting for a few days! Roto rooter put me at the top of the list because I have 4 children and we couldnt bathe, do laundry, or use the toilet! Im calling them everytime!

    Jadan got here earlier than expected on a Friday evening and got everything running pretty quick. I’d recommend him personally to anyone needing a drain cleaned quick. Scott then showed up with a scope to ensure the clog was removed completely. Very professional and thorough.

    Our HWH went caput on Sunday. Monday morning called the local plumbers but no one had capacity until the end of the week. Called Roto Rooter, they sent a tech out, he provided a quote and we set up the install the following morning. Billy and Jason arrived, removed the old, installed the new and cleaned up after themselves. Courteous, Professional, Genuine, Friendly, Down to Earth and over all great guys!
