Massey Roofing provides top-notch service during and after installation, even going so far as to correct an issue for me that wasnt roofing related.I had a new roof installed by Massey in October 2020. The workers were fast and efficient. By the time they left after two days, Id have never known theyd been there except for my brand new roof. This roof includes a 50-year warranty and the first 15 years of that is fully transferable.Fast forward to October 2024. I noticed a wet spot on the roof long after the rest of the roof had dried. I walked around the neighborhood and nobody else had a wet roof.I called Massey and talked to Jessica in the office. She actually remembered me from four years earlier! I told her my concern and she said shed have Dennis come out.Dennis (who was the sales person who helped me with choosing my roof in 2020) got up on the roof and invited me to come along. Hed suspected the issue was with the chimney and not the roof before he came out since the wet spot was directly below the chimney. Sure enough the cap on the chimney was the culprit.He said hed make sure a couple of Masseys staff would come out and take care of the problem. The next week they did, securing the cap with four screws and rubber washers and caulking around the bottom. They did similar caulking in 2020 (while also giving the chimney a much-needed paint job!) but Jared caulked the same area again just to be safe. He said if there were any more problems, to just call they office and somebody would be out. And for this service four years after the sale that had nothing to do with the roof I never got a bill!I cant say enough about this company. You can rely on them and trust them for all your roofing needs. -

We couldn’t be happier with the service, speed, and professionalism of Massey and their crew. They were thankfully able to get me in before next year which was imperative as we had several missing shingles and quite a few soft spots. They moved all furniture, tore off, replaced some plywood, shingled, and put everything back where it belonged and accomplished all this in a day and a half. The crew even got the comedy show of me trying to convince my 100+ pound golden retriever that they weren’t scary and it was safe to go outside. -

Massey Roofing has been in the Peoria area for almost 40 years and still ran by the same man. Great company with great employees. All workers are Massey Roofing employees; no sub-contracters on their crews. They stand behind their work and have the satisfied customers to prove it. -

This company is awesome, they were early, they were polite, they moved everything plants etc. that I had not moved yet. They’re done about 3 o’clock today with our a new roof. Couldn’t recommend amor Haily. -
