    I highly recommend Nixon Plumbing!First of all, the lady in the office who took my call was courteous and she helpfully explained the service schedule and what I could expect.Then when Allen, the service provider, arrived at my home, he was extremely personable and respectful. Right away he put my mind at ease with his knowledge regarding the plumbing issue in my home. He explained what the problem was and what could be done to remedy the situation.I was impressed by his overall professionalism.He was polite, skilled, and he got the problem fixed and the job done efficiently.I feel like Nixon Plumbing is a team of dedicated people, and qualified plumbers, who are enthusiastic, ready to solve the problem at hand and willing to put their best foot forward to get the job done.Good rates, professionalism,and quality service cant be beat, so for any future plumbing issues that I might have I will definitely call on Nixon Plumbing, Inc.I am a grateful, satisfied customer!

    Nixon plumbing is a Stellar Company that weve depended upon for many years. The owner is honest, kind, and very accommodating. We trust Allen Nixon and his workers. During any storms, snow, bad weather we could 100% trust that Allen would take excellent care of our old Farm House, our secondary home. We are 100% satisfied with Nixon Plumbing Company.     Used these guys a few times now. Always speedy and reliable service!! Job done right the first time! In a day and age where its hard to find good help, these guys are top notch! Ive heard a few people say theyre a little expensive, but for me if they cost a couple extra bucks its WELL worth it to know they are going to show up and do the job. Two thumbs up to you guys. Awesome!

    We recently bought a house in Edenton and had problems with both toilets clogging very easily. Our house came with one year of AHS warranty so we used that and they sent out Lockhart plumbing to address the issue. Lockhart sent a young tech that was clearly inexperienced and inattentive. The toilets both clogged up again within 48 hours of them leaving. They then blamed the toilets themselves as being efficiency and that they needed replaced. We knew this was an excuse and didnt want to spend to replace 2 perfectly good toilets so we went outside of warranty and called Nixon Plumbing. The quality of service and professionalism is night and day difference. Nixon plumbing was very thorough, and fixed the clog left by previous owners. No issues with the toilets themselves as Lockhart had claimed, and our plumbing has worked great since Nixon leaving. For us to go out of warranty to pay for Nixon instead of having Lockhart come back out says it all. We will be calling Nixon for all our future plumbing needs.

    These guys are great. they always come out in a timely manner when you call for any issue and all of the plumbers are knowledgeable and if they cant answer a question they will find the answer for you. The office staff are friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend Nixon Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Just wanted to add an update shoutout to Allen Nixon and his crew, found the problem and worked with the Town of Edenton Public Works Department and got the issue resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Could not have had a better crew. Also shoutout to Mr. Arnold and the Public Works Dept.
