    Optimum Builders came through for us when we were finishing our bathroom remodel. Nick and his crew are so knowledgeable about tile, drywall, stone countertops—but especially woodwork. Because they are so organized they quickly assessed what needed to be completed. Using skilled techniques to help cabinets fit properly and stone counters blend seamlessly really showed in the finished work. They paid attention to detail and took time to caulk and paint edges so that our bathroom looks beautiful at close inspection. Nick also built and installed a custom frame around our mirror to update and coordinate with our vanity. If you have a project Optimum builders has the ability to deliver quality finishes.

    Nick and his team were amazing! Very friendly and eager to please. We drew a rough photo of what we wanted and he nailed it. He was so busy at the time but did not take on another commitment until our project was finished. That did not happen with some of our other sub- contractors.Nick was extremely careful not to damage the hardwood floors, walls and woodwork as he worked on our house.He was so friendly and considerate— you can tell he is a man that was raised well.We would give Nick the highest rating possible (and we’re picky😀)!!!!!!!

    Nick and his team did an amazing job on our stair remodel. We wanted to open up our large staircase by removing the half walls and replacing them with rails, posts and balusters. Nick was easy to work with and gave great design input. Him and his team were timely, meticulous, on budget and fair. We will be using him again for future jobs!

    Nick and his team have done an outstanding job on our dream mountain home in Estes Park. Our build outs exceeded our very high expectations and Optimum’s craftsmanship and attention to detail was on the mark! We had heard they were the best and they delivered! We would highly recommend the team for anyone looking for true wood trim artists.

    We hired Nick & team to redo all the trim, casing and interior doors in our home. After either getting ignored by other builders and getting a few outrageous quotes, we were fortunate to find Optimum Builders through a recommendation.Nick is responsive, personable and incredibly easy to work with. Marc oversaw the majority of the project and made the process super easy on my husband and I (who were both working from home the entire time). He checked in with us daily, ensured everything was up to our satisfaction and most importantly didnt cut any corners. In particular, Marc did an incredible job on finishing our stairs, from demoing the old railing, to cutting the wall down, to finishing it cleanly and precisely so it is ready for a metal railing install. It was very clear that the entire Optimum team are incredible carpenters- their attention to detail is second to none.The crew also may be the most respectful folks weve ever had work on our house. Not only are they a true pleasure to be around, but they did an excellent job cleaning up daily. If youve ever had any work done on your house- you know how exhausting it can be to clean up after people day after day. With a project that lasted about three weeks, it never once happened with Optimum Builders. We honestly never felt inconvenienced.We are so pleased with the finished product- new trim & doors has elevated our 1990s house to 2020! We couldnt recommend Optimum Builders enough- thank you Nick, Marc, Joey & Fernando!

    Nick and Mark literally saved my garage project. They finished my garage just 3 weeks after a Timnath-based contractor walked away a year past the contracted completion date. And they not only finished it, but they followed up on correcting defects found during the framing inspection. Top-notch service. Very impressed.

    I live in Fort Collins and Nick was recommended to me by a friend. I was struggling to find someone who would finish a remodel as a result of water damage. Nick and his team were extremely pleasant to work with and they did a beautiful job of rebuilding/refinishing my kitchen cabinets and trim. All interactions exceeded my expectations. I will definitely hire Optimum Builders again in the future.

    We are so pleased with the job Nick did for us! Thanks to Nick and Optimum Builders we now have a beautiful, one of a kind, custom designed, stairway and railing . Prior to finding Nick, we had hired many Mastercraftsman that were unable to complete the job due to its complexity. Nick was knowledgeable, confident in his skills, and worked very hard on our project until it was finished. He was able to do what many others could not. The end result far exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Optimum Builders!
