I had to recently use LPS plumbing for an issue at a rental property. Richard did an exceptional job completing the task in a timely manner. He arrived on time and was thorough. I had a question a few days later, Derek answered all my questions and reassured me that they were there to help. Their prices were also better than there competitors! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Have you ever tried to tackle a project at home, watched hours of videos, thought it through, rolled your sleeves up and got to work just to realize you bit off more than you can chew? No? Good for you! But if you have (like me), then you really appreciate a company that comes to your rescue in a timely manner.That’s where Derek and LPS Plumbing came through for me when I needed help from someone with real life experience. We were so pleased with Dereck and his team. They are professionals and seemed to take a lot of pride in their work. Dereck was great about explaining our options and the steps that would be necessary to fix our leaks. He is fair with his pricing and wants each customer to be satisfied.

LPS were very professional and solved my water leak in a snap. I also had a problem with the way my gas stove was installed by someone else. It made my stove sit forward about 5”. I showed Derrek and he solved my problem in about 20 minutes. Now my natural gas stove sits all the way back against the wall as it should. Pros at what they do.

This is a professional company with deep knowledge and great customer support.- I used LPS Plumbing to install a new Navien tankless hot water system in January of 2023.- Mike Jones was fantastic by educating me on the options of the systems available, and providing some key recommendations for the system- The installation itself was very professional. On time, installed professionally and clean up was great- I received a tutorial on how to use the system.- In December 2023, I had an issue with the tankless system. I contacted LPS and within 24 hours, they had diagnosed a faulty circuit, contacted the manufacturer on my behalf, and replaced the circuit with a new one - Free of charge as this was a warranty issue.I would highly recommend LPS Plumbing for your needs - especially for installation and support of tankless systems!
