    Dispatcher was able to send a repairman same day for a modest upcharge. Once he arrived, I told him the troubleshooting that I had done and he checked the system, repaired the problem with a minimum of time. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

    Professional. Clean. Effective.The two gentlemen assessed the issue and secured the lamp back to the ceiling safely. They adjusted to height to our requests and cleaned up their workspace.     What an absolutely amazing experience. We had a tree fall from the neighbors yard and wrecked our electrical lines. It was late afternoon on a Friday, when my wife called. They were on-site within a hour or so. and had us ready for the power company to come hook us back up within about an hour or two after that. Both technicians were very friendly and professional, they answered all the questions and thoroughly explained the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

    The installation of wiring so that my generator was connected to electrical panel for possible power outages was done in very quickly. The technician was very nice and professional. He always kept me in the loop on what he was doing and made recommendations for placement. He also cleaned up after himself, that was a nice surprise.     Great experience overall. They couldnt come out on the actual scheduled work day because of some other work that the technicians were assigned to do, but a technician named Kevin reached out to me and was willing to work with my schedule to make it happen the next afternoon. Kevin was very nice; the guy with him didnt say much but he was relatively nice as well. The work was explained before it was done, as well as the pricing. I spent more money than I wanted to, but I believe the best fix was performed. I would use Mister Sparky again.
