    Glenn is not only a wonderful plumber, but he is a good, kind honest man. He is amazingly responsive, and always take good care of our old house and all its needs - from the smallest “will you come take a look at this?” to replacing and reconfiguring our entire furnace system. His electrical and sheet metal partners are also lovely. Could not recommend more!

    Glen was great. We woke up on Saturday morning and smelt gas in our basement. Turns out, we had a gas leak in one of our pipes that needed immediate investigation and repair by a licensed plumber as we were stuck with no hot water or heat. Glen was the only one who picked up the call to come out on Sunday afternoon. He arrived within the hour of my call and found the leak. He came back first thing Monday morning with his partner and tools to complete the job. By early Monday afternoon we had heat and hot water again. Glen was a nice guy and very professional. He called back later that day to check in and make sure everything was back in order. Will definitely be calling Glen again for any future plumbing needs!

    I called at 8pm thinking that I’d just get an answering service but the owner of the business answered my call and patiently walked me through the problems that my hot water heater was having. I even called back that night with a few more questions and he was wonderfully patient and even went over the pros and cons with me when I wasn’t sure which hot water system to choose.The guys who came to my house first thing in the morning were pleasant and happy to teach me how everything worked and bonus points for liking my dogs!

    The plumber, Dan Traficante, showed up on time and was professional and polite. He had to remove an old bushing from a 1929 steam radiator. This was a difficult task, and Dan took his time and tried several methods. If he failed in his task we would have had to buy a radiator from a salvage yard at a high cost. Dan spent many hours and finally succeeded in removing the bushing, saving us much money. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

    I found Wagner Plumbing & Heating through just an internet search. Glen came out right away, identified the need to replace the combination unit. He even called around to find the best price. His crew removed the old unit, had the new energy efficient combi unit plumbed, wired, installed in no time. Even took away the old one and left area clean. Glen was very professional, efficient, reliable and friendly. Its a tremendous relief to find someone you can trust.

    A boiler went on me and they were able to replace it the same day at a fair price compared to other companies and the service fee is included in the price of repairs. The techs were professional and super friendly. The same day my shower started leaking which I thought was related to the boiler (it was not) and Glenn the owner came out himself and promptly fixed it for me.     *Please read the review in its entirety.*Monday, 2-20, I called looking for service to rebuild the plumbing under the kitchen sink, which was done in 2017 by a different company. It is leaking and destroyed part of the cabinet underneath. We made an appointment for Tuesday 2-21 between 7-8 am.Tuesday, 2-21, 8:30 am, no one has shown up. I call as it was icy out to see if they are running behind. Long story short, there was a hiccup in communication, and no one was assigned to my job. They immediately dispatch Dan, and he arrives in under 30 minutes. I agree to the service, and he has a 2.5 hour job done in around 90ish minutes.Dan was excellent and very knowledgeable, professional, and clean. I will not hold the hiccup in communication against Wagner as things happen, and they immediately rectified it. I would definitely recommend them. Everything was easy.

    Dan the plumber came by in approximately 1/2 hour after I called. Dan used an Auger to snake my toilet which was obstructed. Dan is a very personable person and I enjoyed my time spent with him. He said everything for the most part has been fixed but it’s possible there still may be a slight obstruction still present. Cost of using the auger was a bit surprising. Didn’t know this type of work was so expensive. Obviously hoping that I don’t need to purchase a new toilet which Dan said it’s unlikely but possible. I did not receive an invoice for the work Dan did. I wish an invoice would be emailed or mailed to my home address

    I contacted Wagner on New Year’s Eve and Glen followed up immediately. After some well-meaning DIY our toilet had sprung a leak that we had tried to fix multiple times but to no avail. Glen talked through the problem with me and tried to help me diagnose so I could solve it myself. He was empathetic, kind and respectful. When it was clear I wasn’t getting anywhere myself he snuck me in that day and came out to make the repairs necessary. Glen worked quickly and cleanly and walked me through the issue so I could manage future repairs myself. Glen saved our NYE party and has a fan club in my infant daughter. I strongly recommend this company for emergency repairs.

    I cannot say enough about this company. I had a very distressing plumbing situation and tried for the better part of the day to get help. When I finally found Wagner Plumbing, they immediately came out, and resolved my problem. Glen went above and beyond for me, not only did he take care of my original problem, he also turned off propane tank, and tagged both hot water heater and main water, so, in the event i need to shut them off i would know where to do that.Prompt, courteous, and a good value.

    When I discovered that our kitchen faucet was leaking all over the counter two days before Thanksgiving in Providence, Wagner was very responsive and came over the next day. I knew we needed it replaced before Thanksgiving. In that old kitchen, it was beyond your typically easy YouTube project, trust me. They got under the sink and finally freed up the leaking faucet to install the faucet I picked up at Home Depot. Reasonable and trustworthy, and Ill hire them again.

    I usually dont leave reviews, but I wanted to for Glen and his company as I was more then impressed. Glen did an amazing job. Most importantly he fixed the problem when multiple others didnt. I was in a tight situation with tenants moving in and he came out within the hour...fixed the situation...and had myself and my tenants happy. He did this on a weekend...after hours. I cant express how much relief he gave me. I highly recommend Glen for any gas or plumbing needs. His prices are reasonable and he stays until the end to make sure everything is done properly.     Well pump repair - GW WAGNER plumbing were professional , courteous and efficient. MA Licensed, where local MA plumbers couldnt fit us in, G W Wagner from RI made the time to assess our situation and get the water flowing again.     On the 4th of July weekend in the middle of a heatwave, my AC blew out. I called at least 25 people, some who even advertise 24/7 and emergency services. Only Glen from GW Wagner returned my call, and promptly at that. He came within the hour, assessed the problem immediately, and worked diligently to resolve it ASAP. He was professional, courteous, and extremely skilled at his trade. Plus, he is an all-around nice guy with a very caring and understanding nature - something you dont see much of these days in tradespeople. Glen made a very uncomfortable situation bearable again, and became my go-to person for service and maintenance, and someone I highly recommend for the services he provides.

    UPDATE: Google wont let me write a new review so Im updating a previous one.I have had great experiences hiring G. W. Wagner in the past and I did again as well. I had a badly leaking basement toilet and they came right out the same morning, removed the toilet and sealed the drain off. The price was very reasonable.The vast majority of customers here have been pleased with the service, but a few have complained about pricing, and I want to respond to that. For me it wasnt even $350 to have a plumber remove (and dispose of) a cracked toilet, clean the area, and seal the drain and supply line. Youre hiring a professional with years of expertise to diagnose your problem and do the job for you. Youre paying for the overhead of equipment as well as staff to field your call and to follow up with you, not to mention the office location to house that staff. And youre paying for all the associated costs of running a business, from employment taxes to insurance to marketing and recruitment. For all of that, what do you want to pay, fifty bucks? Get real, man.I very much recommend this company and will be hiring them again when I add a basement toilet as well as get around to all the other plumbing issues in this ancient house.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had a leaking shutoff valve that was getting mighty annoying (not an emergency, but still, having to use a bucket throughout the day). These guys got right back to me. The plumber they sent (wish I knew his name) was great, very knowledgeable, and we discussed some future work Id like to have done. Highly recommend this business.

    Wagner Plumbing proved to be extremely diligent in trying to determine the issue with a lack of heat and hot water having to deal with a 100 year old house and very complicated heating system that most folks havent been able to understand. They figured it, were able to source the parts, and I could havent been more pleased.

    Water heater started leaking on Sunday. Randomly called G. W. Wagner Plumbing (had good reviews). They answered the phone (on a Sunday!!!!), talked me through shutting valves. Showed up (as Promised) Monday A.M. I got home from work at 6:00: New water heater tank installed. They called later to make sure we had hot water. The price was their EXACT QUOTE!!! Love these guys.

    Glen Wagner, owner of Wagner Plumbing, just saved our basement and our sanity. We had a bad pipe leak in our radiant heating system in 18° degree weather in the middle of the night on a Friday.We called about eight plumbers who advertised 24/7 emergency service. Two said they had no one to send out; the others had answering machines but never called back.We thought wed be bailing water and leaving messages all night, but Glens service actually answered the phone, and Glen himself called back within minutes and was at our house shortly thereafter.He stabilized our leak and talked us down, then came back early the next morning to complete the job. He did great work, explained what he did, was professional, calm and courteous, did not try to upsell us, provided a detailed invoice, and gave us a little price break on the repair because wed paid the emergency fee.We cannot recommend Glen Wagner highly enough; any future work we need done, hes the one were going to.
