    I would recommend this company for their pluming services. The process from getting an appointment to coming out for service was easy and quick. Mike D explained everything along the way. He was very nice and professional. Ultimately they were not able to resolve the issue - we may need a septic replacement which they do not do. We will be repeat customers. Thanks!

    We recently had Lancaster PHCE provide us a proposal on a new gas furnace/AC unit. Drew did a very extensive review of our current system and asked us a lot of questions to determine our needs. He provided several options and educated us about the differences between systems and the pros vs. cons. We appreciated his thoroughness, extensive knowledge about the systems since he was previously a Technician and the time he took evaluating our needs. From the time I made the appointment to the actual signing of the proposal, everyone I dealt with at Lancaster PHCE was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. We are on the schedule for installation and Ill provide additional feedback once our unit is installed.

    This company was fantastic. We were first time customers with no heat. They were here within a few hours to help. Ryan H. was fantastic. We’re first time home owners so we had a million questions! He was super patient and answered every one of them. He also had our heater up and running in no time! Great experience.     This morning, 12-23-24-Monday, I had more problems with my plumbing. LP(+)H dispatched Jason again, ( poor Jason, it was brutally cold ), and Jason was very patient and knows what he is doing. I thought it might be a burned out element or a thermostat, but Jason quickly discovered a leaking valve with a pinhole. With receiving the parts he was quick to repair the leak. My hot water was leaking out before it worked it’s way through the shower, which reduced hot water to the shower, only giving a very little warm water. That makes it difficult to get a shower in this cold weather. Again, Jason bailed me out and we have hot water now, 👍.I am very happy with the job that the technician, ( Jason ), has done. He is very knowledgeable about his job, which he demonstrated with the evaluation of our water system, and extremely helpful in what I need to do on a couple of corrections. I had him here the last time, and he was able to get the system back to NO LEAKS. Thank you LP(+)H Jason for the fine job, and Jason is scheduled back for a major repair / replacement in the near future.Today Bill and Ethan put in a new Water Heater, with expertise. I can rely on Lancaster Plumbing and Heating to get the job done right. They did great.

    Kevin and Bill re-plumbed our whole bathroom in preparation of a renovation. All of the things that kept me up at night leading up to the job were things that they had already accounted for. It was great that they took the time to explain our options and their recommendations. They also made sure to lay down drop cloths and cleaned up so well afterwards.This is the second time they have done work for us, replacing a 100+ year old rusted cast iron pipe and we were so relieved to work with them again knowing how professional they are. I can confidently recommend a plumber to anyone in the Lancaster area going forward!

Not only was he a skilled, efficient plumber, but he also explained in detail, listened to me, received my approval to do the work, and upon completion, demonstrated how the repairs fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction.     Shane was our Technician who serviced our heating unit recently. I dont always hang around, but I did this time. He was extremely friendly and we enjoyed a conversation that doesnt always happen in a situation like this. It was so nice for him to answer my questions. After a while we were sharing stories and thoughts as if we were long time friends. Very refreshing from the typical grunt-like answers from other similar experiences. Thanks Shane.

    Nick and his helper showed up right on time this morning to install my new furnace. They had it installed in less than 3 hours. He was knowledgeable , efficient, and pleasant.     Great service, they work fast and very informative about the situation of my AC and plumbing system. Ive never had a problem with any work done by them so far. They will give you options to fix potential problems but wont pressure you into any service you dont want to. Theyre probably not the cheapest option but I would recommend them to anyone who need a problem dealt with properly and quickly.

    I have a monthly maintenance plan to make sure everything is working correctly without issues. Tylor came for plumbing. He went over and beyond the call of duty. I was thrilled with his professionalism. I will definitely be making sure that he will continue maintaining my plumbing concerns.I also had my HVAC checked out the other day. Garrett was experienced in working with mini-splits. He checked for leaks and pressure, and all went extremely well. Also, his display of knowledge with my mini split made me feel very comfortable as I watched him check it over. He also showed me the results.I am very satisfied with these 2 employees!

    I signed up for the Service Partner Protection Plan several years ago for only $14.95 a month. Among other things, it includes 4 thorough inspections a year of my plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems at no additional charge. My recent air conditioning evaluation showed a leaking inducer caused by a failed seal. The technician, Garrick B., showed me the rust build-up as well as photos of the areas I could not see. He gave me an immediate quote for the repair and it was done the same day. This would definitely have caused major problems if not found. The technicians usually have recommendations about things to keep an eye on with each system, as well as quotes for additional products/services I might benefit from. I appreciate these because there is no hard sell and they are worthwhile things to consider. Garrick was solid, efficient and professional and did a great job in a timely manner. I also like that I get a text when a technician is on the way, with a link to a tracking app that shows exactly when he will arrive.

    Once again LPH did not disappoint. The technicians who installed our mini splits were friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend the service plan. It’s with the cost. Some may say LPH is expensive, but the service and products are worth the cost.

Great Customer Services , friendly staff , work with my schedule for a home visit appointment to check that everything is going accordingly.     This turned into a bit of an ordeal because we were having a patio installed and one of our pipes almost got covered in concrete. We had insulation foam in the tube causing a major blockage for our main drain line, and it took 3 guys (including a manager) to get us out of the pickle. They worked near all day and finally got our problem resolved! Very grateful for their knowledge and dedication.

    I chose Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical because they were recommended, and because they had availability same day. The employees I spoke to were very nice, personable, and understanding. Tylor, the service tech, listened to my problems and questions, and was thorough in his explanations. He got the job done to my satisfaction. Tylor went above and beyond with his explanations, advice, and work. He left the work area very clean. I would be happy to have Tylor work for me again.An electrician was sent to handle that side of the job. Cole P was also very good at explaining what happened and what needed to be done. He worked with management to acquire a better price than originally quoted. So far I am very happy with LPH and the techs. I will update this review after the work is completed.

    Technicians were kind and helpful in every way. They explained everything related to the air conditiong system. They went above and beyond. Im having g knee surgery soon.     Derrick was very professional. He did a good job explaining what the problem may be He was determined no matter how much time it was taken to resolve the issue. He spent a lot of time outside in the rain and cold but had problem with trying to turn off the water at the curb stop. We need to have the city dig out the stop so we can shout of the water off to see where the leak is

    We had a plumbing, electrical and HVAC emergency when a tree fell and lighting surged our home and blew out our electrical panel, heating circuit breaker and blower, sump pump, and more.     So far I have found these folks to be quick and efficient in the work they have done for us. They are always willing to answer our questions and educate us appropriately. This trip was for the the annual a/c system checks. They offer a 4 hour window for appts so if you dont want to wait around, youre best off asking for the first slot of the day. They are good with keeping you informed of when they expect to arrive. Update: Ryan came out to change out some outlets. As before, he arrived when expected, was courteous and respectful of our home and got the job done in a timely manner. Very happy with the work.

From the initial call with Michelle that my water heater was leaking into my basement, they showed up in an hour and were able to replace it the same day. My technician was awesome!     I needed a repair to my 25 y.o dusk-to-dawn spotlight for our flag.Scheduling recall was very fast & courteous. I rec’d an email to confirm the time/date. I rec’d a text the day before to further confirm. I rec’d a phone call in AM to tell me they were on their way along with a text showing me the technician’s picture. Matt and his apprentice, Cole arrived promptly. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and reviewed what I needed to have done. They were professional, personable, courteous and efficient. They even took the time to make my dog love them! Luckily, they also had the parts needed to complete my job in the van. Matt gave me different options for combinations of pieces and pricing.     Knowing that the water supply to the entire house was shut off for a broken and open faucet, they dispatched Tylor H within hours to fix. Tylor was meticulous and thorough in his repair and replacement of various parts of the faucet and drain line. As the owner of a house with old copper pipes, I need a company that can address my problems as soon as possible. Lancaster Plumbing and Heating is my go to company for all things plumbing.     I am a new customer with an old heat pump. Called yesterday after 5 pm. They came to repair it this morning. Tech was very thorough, fixed problem, and made recommendations for what I could have done to rejuvenate my system. As the heat pump is 20 years old we also made arrangements for their home comfort specialist to come talk to me about a new heat pump, so I can decide which option, new or rejuvenated, was best for me. Also signed me up for their service contract which is cheaper than that of the company I previously dealt with. I did not feel pressured to decide today.

    My AC stopped working on a pretty hot day. I noticed early afternoon. They happened to have a technician in the area who arrived at my home within 1/2 hour. My AC was running within the next 1/2 hour. I am very pleased with the quick turnaround… although luck probably played a part with the timing, the customer service was great 👏👏

    Im completely satisfied with the customer service Drew provided in giving me an estimate to have my original boiler system replaced. He thoroughly explained my options, provided detailed information on what would be involved in the process and answered all of the questions I had. Knowing that Lancaster regularly installs and services Burnham boilers, the same brand I currently have, will more than likely be a deciding factor for me in who I use to upgrade my system. In this instance we needed some quick help with an electrical issue.     After 35+ years, our original A/C finally gave out. After calling LPH, and another company, LPH returned my call with an hour and set up a consultation the following week. (I never did hear back from the other company, which we have used for years.) After a very thorough review of our heating/cooling system, it was recommended we also replace the furnace, as it was also as old as the house, because the new A/C would not work as efficient. Today, we had the new system installed and it couldn’t have gone any smoother! We look forward to working with LPH in the future!

    Ryan came to install a ceiling outlet and ceiling fan. Arrived on time and was completely professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and made sure to ask if I had any questions. He promptly went to work. When the fan was up he looked at it and saw a gap. He took the fan down and adjusted the outlet that make the base flush with the ceiling. He tested the fan with me and made sure everything was good. He them proceeded to to an amazing cleanup job.     Great experience, start to finish with LPH. We had an A/C issue amid the recent heat waves. We had just received a flyer in the mail from LPH and I decided to call them, despite a different company having installed our HVAC from a new build not long ago.     Yesterday we had our annual plumbing inspection by Robert who did an excellent inspection and found our washing machine hoses had dry rot which he showed us and needed to be replaced before they would rupture. That actually happened to us while living in another state and caused great water damage. So we were thankful they caught this. Then he also found a problem with a failed expansion tank on our boiler which could have flooded our basement. So their annual system checks we get each year for free, because of being on their maintenance program, have proved very valuable to us!This morning they were able to send their technician, Garrick, who did an excellent job replacing the expansion tank which was leaking air and in danger of immediate failure. He also found a valve that was not working properly and was able to adjust that so it is working properly again. We are so thankful for the excellent program Lancaster Plumbing and Heating has to be able to troubleshoot potential problems and fix them before they cause serious damage. We highly recommend them!

    Project involved replacement of humidifier. Problem was identified during initial visit and replacement proposal provided, which was accepted by owner. Did not get a response from Lancaster Plumbing & Heating until I placed a phone call asking what was going to happen. Parts were ordered and an installation date was scheduled. Same technician who identified the need for humidifier replacement was assigned to do the work. Although the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable, he neglected to bring duct material which was necessary as the replacement humidifier was not the same size as the one needing replacement. This required his call to home office for delivery of a small piece of duct material. Since the technician knew the work to be done due to his initial visit, this material should have been in this van. As a result, a job which could be accomplished quickly (all electrical and plumbing connections were available and reused) took much longer than necessary. The problem for the owners was loss of heat while the project was completed. Work was completed satisfactorily and humidifier is working nicely.

Add to that, meeting all city permit requirements certainly required above average professionals for a set of jobs this big done all on the same permit.     We have a yearly service membership with Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical. It has been completely worth it. We had an older furnace that finally died in the middle of winter. Because of our membership, Drew was able to come out that day and recommended a system that suited our needs, and they were able to install it within just a few days. We have also purchased a water heater with them. As a real estate agent, I feel confident recommending them to my clients and friends.

    Jason and his assistant Ryan were great! Jason has done a lot of work on my house and it has always been excellent. This time they went above and beyond getting a 230 line run for a new air conditioner, plus new lights. It was so hot! and no AC but they persevered and did a great job.

    Getting the technician scheduled to come out was a little tricky, I had to talk to two people on multiple phone calls throughout the day. However, the people I talked to were very nice and did their best to help me quickly. From calling and leaving a voicemail on Sunday afternoon (after regular hours) we were able to have our AC fixed by Monday afternoon. Our technician, Austin, was professional and courteous, giving straightforward answers to my questions and fixing the system in a timely manner.

    Woke up to the sad realization that I had a leak in my basement this morning, so I called Lancaster Plumbing. Even though it wasnt an emergency call, they were very prompt and accommodating around my schedule, coming out the same day. Chris R was the Service Professional that came out, and he absolutely lived up to his title. He was very thorough in making sure where the leak was and upfront with the pricing, which was VERY reasonable. He wore shoe covers while walking through the house, and did a great job cleaning up after he was done. I would highly recommend them and especially Chris for your plumbing needs.

    Steve C. from Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical came by today to do a follow-up visit after installation of my new heat pump system. He carefully listened to ALL of my complaints, even small ones he could have easily dismissed, and then took the time to carefully resolve every one of the problems I was experiencing. He told me exactly what he was doing, explained how the heat pump works in detail, explored all of the relevant options with me, and asked for my input throughout all of the servicing. He stayed as long as he needed to, making sure that all of the work was completed to my satisfaction. I felt like he was totally on my side, trying to help in any way possible, not just doing a job. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

    I have contracted with LPH to due some updates at my home. To date they have updated my electrical with a new 200 AMP service and electrical panel, with new breakers. That task was completed by young professionals in a very timely manner, showing respect for my property.A new gas furnace and central A/C system is scheduled for installation within the next week. I’m very confident that task will also be accomplished with the same professionalism as was the electrical services.

    They came out on a Sunday to fix a leak over our electrical panel. Turned out the toilet had been leaking for some time. They worked with us on scheduling an affordable option to replace the leaking toilet and went above and beyond to repair the sub floor so the new toilet sits perfectly. All in a little under 2 hours. I will always use Lancaster Plumbing for my heating, plumbing and electrical service.

    I called early in the morning and received a call back within the hour to schedule. Because I missed the call, they texted me which was super convenient. Then I was scheduled on the same day. My time window was from 12-4 and Andrew came right at 12, giving me 30 minutes notice. Then he was able to fix the issue the same day. He was thorough and hard working. Im happy with the service.
