    Charles, Jen and their crew are the most professional business I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been using them for over 10 years. Charles and Jen make scheduling and changing appointments so easy. They are always so patient and understanding when I call them with tons of questions. They are always there in an emergency. Their crew is always so respectful of my house and property. They are neat and responsible. I trust them fully in my house. I know their work is top notch. They treat every job as important, from simply changing an outlet to basically getting a whole house up and running. No job is too big or small. I highly recommend Powerful Electric.

    Highly recommend! Personable, priced right, professional and prompt!Yesterday, I woke up to no heat and no electric in half my house, with a family at home and the cold weather I was crazed! I took note of the electric company in town (EMO), up and about before 6am that morning. I called immediately after seeing that activity and Jen (owner/office staff) happily answered the phone. Charlie, owner & electrician, was rerouted on his way to another job to my home and immediately troubleshooted my issue and most importantly, got my heat up and running. He inspected my lines and told me to call PSEG for line damage outside. I had a broken leg which generated from a damaged line outside. Charlie, spot on in his diagnosis. Later that day, Charlie came back to the house, following PSEG changing out the line, to restore my box to its original configuration. He even wore booties on my dirty floors. LOL. Communication was flawless from start to finish. Charlie extremely knowledgeable in his profession and genuinely cared about my familys wellbeing. I was pleasantly surprised from the 6am phone pick up to having heat back on 30 minutes later and being completely restored and running properly by midafternoon! Thank you Thank you Thank you Charlie & Jen for being my guardian angels yesterday.     Charlie was extremely professional, reliable, transparent, he called and texted back in a timely manner, and thorough. Charlie completed 3 jobs for me in one day that we had discussed and he quoted. He came with another guy on his team. They were very courteous and clean. After installing 4 ceiling lights he went ahead and checked all the outlets in the room to make sure they were safe. He also came with creative solutions like solar powering my front light post and a remote control for my pergola lights. Creative ideas I would have not thought of. He also at the end took a trip to Home Depot to get a plate cover, rather than come back later that week - ensuring the job was complete - taking true ownership over the job and leaving it complete. Both Charlie and his wife Jen have been great to work with. Really nice, honest, good people.

    Jen and Charlie were wonderful to work with. They did all of the electrical work in our new office and we couldn’t be happier with the results.     Working with Jenn, Charlie & the team at Powerful Electric was a great experience. They were extremely professional, left the place neat and clean and I felt confident with the work that was done. Charlie & his guys rewired the entirety of my commercial space and brought it up to code in order to pass inspections and they did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone and Im 100% going to use them again in the future.

    I called last year because I smelled something from daughter’s outlet. They came immediately and identified an issue that would have been huge! Reached out again year later, as ceiling fan was sparking. Right to the point, showed me why, and what needed to be fixed.Took the time to understand what needed to be done prior to work.Absolutely amazing service. And they call you back right away! Awesome.     Had alot of problems with my house and outside electricity, called Charlie and he came right over and not only fixed the issues, but redid my outside plugs, my basement lighting switches and replaced my mother in laws bathroom light fixtures. The thing I liked about this company is he not only fixed them, he explained everything, and if something didnt look right he made sure it was fixed and properly fixed. He even ran power for my security cameras. Highly recommend, very trustworthy and honest work. A company with Integrity.

    Would hire again.     Charles and his crew sale, will , al. Were all professional, even came in my house wearing booties. They applied drops cloths for every step they did and cleaned up their messes super clean and professional.
