    Tom got to us to diagnose a bad water heater on short notice on a holiday week and installed a new one the next morning. In and out within 2 hours. Was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend Neels Plumbing for any job big or small and we will be using him again whenever we need a plumber.

    Left message on Monday evening. Thomas called me back a little later. Stopped at house Tuesday morning, gave me a price. Said he could be back around 2 to replace our leaking water heater. Couple hours later, old heater out, new one in. Thank you so much. Would recommend Neels plumbing to all.

    I was desperate because my basement was filling with water. I called right before noon, the plumber came right away-even though it was lunchtime-diagnosed sump pump failure, replaced it, stayed till the water level had gone down so he could make sure the float was working correctly, AND charged a very reasonable price!!! What a relief. I can’t say enough good things about Neels Plumbing. If you need a plumber, call them. You will be glad you did.

    Tom was very responsive and extremely helpful during the installation of my water heaters. He even went the extra mile and did his best to work with my home warranty company that was being very difficult. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Neels plumbing again in the future

    Tom did an outstanding job installing my new hot water heater. He is a very nice guy and it didn’t take long to get hot water going again in this freezing cold winter! I totally recommend his service if you live in The Quad City area. :)

    We had Tom out to take a look at our plumbing that was backing up. Nobody else would agree to even come out. Hes a very talented tradesman and he really WORKS when hes on-site. Eventually he solved our problem. It did take a few trips and he had trouble finding time to get it resolved but he followed through. We are very grateful for his reasonable pricing as well.

    Tom came to my home, a 1 1/2 hour drive, to assess my water heater. Then he helped me fight with my home warranty company so he could replace the water heater. After all, he was the only plumber that came to assess my water heater. He then made the time, bought the water heater, installed it and took my old water heater away. My home warranty company did not pay the entire cost of the new water heater...they covered approximately 2/3. That left the remaining 1/3 for me to cover. Tom worked with me and gave me a break on the price. I deeply appreciate Tom! He went above and beyond!!

    I had Neels Plumbing come out due to a seperated sewer line. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix my issue and gave me a written estimate that was way cheaper than all the other companies that I had called. I supplied him with a down payment and he was out the next day and had it completed in the rain and I was surprised as to the extent he went to to get my yard back to looking normal. I will definitely be calling them in the future. very polite and informative

    I highly recommend Neels Plumbing to anyone! They’re service is amazing, we had an emergency and I called them at a very late time (8pm) and they still made it and got the job done. Prior to them, we had another plumbing company that came and ultimately made our situation even worse, however Neels Plumbing was able to correct the problem without an hesitation.

    He did what he said, he started his work on Wednesday and on Friday I already had water, he repaired the water line that came from the street to the house, he gave me a much lower price than the other plumbers in the area, he gave me half first and then the rest when the work was finished, I was a little suspicious because of other comments they left, but everything went as promised, very good work and on time, I recommend it... although it seems that others envy it or who knows... .Thanks tom.!!
