    I would recommend this company to anyone! I had a unique situation with a heater that is no longer supported by the manufacturer and they went above and beyond to get it repaired! They stuck with me through the frustration of not being able to get support from the company even though they and I tried to reach out to them. Through it all and multiple visits they did a great job and kept the price reasonable. I cant say enough good things about this company! They will be my go-to company from now on... but next time I will most likely have them replace that heater instead of trying to repair it.

    We called on a Monday, they came between the time that they stated. They were very professional and did a great job. Our heat wouldn’t go above 59. They reset our thermostat and cleaned our sensor which was the problem. They were in and out within 20-30 minutes. They were polite and all Covid protocols were observed. Definitely use them again. Thank you.

    Our gas furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I needed someone to come diagnose and fix my furnace. They came to my house and diagnosed the issue in less than 2 hours. They observed all the COVID protocols, were very nice and professional and explained that they needed to order a part and we would not have heat for a couple days. I had expected this and understood the issue/problem. Parts are needed and with COVID it takes time to get the parts. They seemed genuinely sorry for our inconvenience and the office was in contact with us multiple times to update us and check on us, even offering to drop off a space heater for us. The moment the part was delivered, they were at my house installing the part, checking that the heat was working and taking care of business. I will be using Top Mechanical for my yearly HVAC checkups from now on. Cannot say enough good things about them. Love supporting a local family owned business.

    What a godsend Steve was. We thought we would have to replace our whole air conditioning unit give what wed been reading online about our issue.He showed-up when scheduled, did a couple of checks and found that is was only a part replacement. I was thinking it would cost me over a $1,000.00, he replaced the part, with labor, for a quarter of that.I was so impressed with his nice demeanor, willingness to check several things, and the efficiency at which he did the work. I would recommend him and his business to anyone. Plus, hes a nice guy; funny, thoughtful, and professional.

    Fast and fantastic service. The office manager is helpful and flexible when I needed to change my appointment a couple time. My heater now sounds great, I should have called for their help a long time ago!

    Today Steve came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace because, as I had told him, another company, who had did a yearly maintenance service, told me that I need a new furnace. I told him that I felt like my furnace was fine and the other company might have been trying to take advantage. He checked out the problems that I had told him the other company had found and found that at this time there is nothing wrong with my furnace. He also gave me a lot of important information and tips. I was extremely happy with this visit and with the feeling that I met someone I can trust. I will definitely call again for problems that arise and for maintenance.

    Very happy with the work done to fix my central air! In the middle of summer, my air stopped working and I was very upset! Top Mechanical was able to come out the very next day and fix everything. I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis of the problem and the fix. Its working like a charm now and I couldnt be happier. 5 star service rating from a happy customer over here!

    My tenant was without heat do to a faulty steam boiler on a very cold day! Steve was able to get to me in a timely manner and corrected the issuequickly at a very reasonable rate. Service was prompt, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them!

    Excellent, expedient service. Friendly, fair and dedicated to giving quality service at a great price. Our furnace stopped blowing hot air overnight and Stephen had us up and repaired by noon the next day.

    It was a dark and stormy night.I was braving the soggy summer weather; laughing , in fact, because I was sitting here cool and happy with my AC going, chillin, yeah! And then, it happened. My HVAC unit gave out unexpectedly. It was a spectacular demise, replete with agonised shrieks, moans, groans, and horrible smells. Drat, thought I. Who do I call to fix this poor thing? I didnt panic, I did my research.After comparing many other HVAC repair companies, Top Mechanical Service stood out among the crowd. I called, and made a repair appointment. Best. Decision. Ever. Steve(The owner) is an honest, straightforward guy, who knows what hes doing. He arrived on time, well prepared, and correctly diagnosed the problem; burned out bearings in the fan motor. His repair estimate was honest too, and his prices are fair. He told me what was wrong, and how much to fix it. No BS. None. Here is an ethical tech, who will get the job done. Yay! I highly recommend.

    After a initial mix up with the office (they wrote down the wrong type of fuel and therefore had to reschedule), Steve and Steve Jr. came out and really did a great job. Were in a new house and Steve gave me a great overview of my HVAC system with plenty of pointers.
