My wife and I had the chance to partner with the South Arm Construction family, to make some updates to our beautiful cabin on Lake Charlevoix. From the beginning, the Team at South Arm were extremely attentive, quick to communicate, and fast to respond to questions we may have as we moved through our project. The South Arm team was great to work with from start to finish. They did a great job during the COVID year of finding the materials we wanted for our home and keeping us updated on material deliveries. The staff on site were polite, thorough, and skilled. They also were very accommodating as our vision changed during the process. I would recommend them for a remodel.
