Our experience with Keenan Custom Homes was absolutely amazing! From the start sitting and designing, working with Padraig to the last day the job was done quickly and beautiful! After demo we had encountered a problem and without hesitation he fixed it, continued on and made it better than expected! We are extremely pleased with the way our back yard is complete and we are ready for more bbqs!

My husband and I have used Padraig and his crew for multiple jobs in our home and have always been thrilled with the results. From start to finish Padraig is always easy to get on the phone! Which is a far cry from any contractors we used before him. Brian and Rodger are a delight to have in our home as well. From a complete bathroom overhaul, to a full basement renovation with the new half bath to the creation of a front porch on our home we have always been thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Keenan Custom Homes and look forward to using them for our upcoming kitchen project. (My favorite part is when the leave end of day and theres still work going on they leave as clean as possible so my whole house didnt feel a mess. That helped a ton!!!!)

I really cant express my appreciation enough to Padraig and the team in any way, we had a vision for a bespoke irish bar tailored towards pre-prohibition new york, very niece, KCH liased with our architect throughout planning, were always on site throughout the renovation, attention to detail seems to come natural from the top to the bottom, I really couldnt recommend these guys enough. Keenan Custom Homes gutted and refinished our basement. It came out better than I could have imagined. Padraig was creative in planning, accurate in his estimate, communicated throughout the project and stuck to his timeline. Everyone was considerate of our space and kept our home clean. My basement is my favorite space in my house now!

They were able to make the necessary updates but also had great suggestions in keeping the historical charm of the home. Not only was the work done ahead of the date promised but they were able to complete a few extra items I added to the project like rebuilding by front porch! We were completely satisfied and look forward to starting a few new projects with Keenan Custom Homes.

Amazing company and workers! The owners are outstanding too. I needed a lot of work done on an old house, and decided to have them knock it down and build one from scratch, just make my dream home ! And they exceeded all expectations. It was done as quickly as possible. When issues popped up, they were brought to me with ideas and solutions that would stay in my budget. I am EXTREMELY happy with my house, and even happier with the company I picked. Great honest company. We had them do a small extension on our house a few months ago and really had no idea where to start. They walked us through it and gave us all of the options to fit our budget, and were really great the whole time. Super clean (I hate that construction dust!) and always showed up as promised, which has been an issue weve had with other contractors. Very pleased with the end result and would def. us them again if we redo our bathroom in the future.

Just had my porch columns, railings and steps and step railings replaced by Keenan Industries. Padraig and his team were a pleasure to work with and clearly experts in their work.
