    Royal Electric provided excellent service from start to finish. They responded to my initial inquiry promptly, and Alex was highly knowledgeable, especially when it came to the complexities of installing an EV charger. He also explained how government incentives work. The technician arrived on schedule, did a great job with the installation, and left the site clean. Even when the town inspector, incorrectly citing regulations, failed some of the wiring, the technician returned and resolved the issue to the inspector’s satisfaction. I would definitely hire Royal Electric again for any electrical work at my home.

    I had royal tech electric to install a Tesla wall charger. It was in an old house, they did a very good job of concealing the wire and making the minimum required holes. They explained everything to me before doing it. They took my suggestions and clarified what is possible. They were very reasonably priced, and the quality of work speaks for itself. They were very responsive in questions and answers and making entire process stress-free. They accommodated my schedule. They came on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently. They gave me all the paperwork for inspection. I recommend royal tech for anyone in need of electrical services.

    Excellent experience start to finish. Very easy to communicate and work with. Work done was top class. I had a 240V receptacle installed in my garage for an EV charger. Everything was done to spec and with the absolute minimum damage. I can’t imagine how the project could have been completed in any better way. Highly highly recommend. I appreciate the good and fast work.

    I called Royal Electric to replace a few outlets with GFCI and have my sump pumps directly wired to my panel. Damon showed up on time and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned up the work site and I couldnt be happier with the result.

    Alex and Nick, the owners of Royaltech Group has been my go-to guys for anything electrical for several years now. I met Nick when he installed me Generac and increased my service to 200 amps. Since then he and his crew have done several other jobs around the house for me. He has always been there for me even when it is only a quick question, over the phone. His knowledge and attention to details have impressed me so much that I have recommended him to my friends. Word of mouth goes a long way, and he has never disappointed me or my friends. He knows what he is doing and does it well. I highly recommend him and his company for anything electrical big or small!

    Oleksandr and his electricians were absolutely fantastic,I have been getting work done on my ho,e for the past 6. Onyx’s and I wish I found them earlier. Their work is clean and they make sure that everything is exactly what you want before they go. But even if you found a problem, they come back and fix it! I love this group, I’m using them for all my future electric work on my house.

    A++ for work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality, and fair pricing.Alex and his team are super experienced with high rise buildings and problem solving in an organized and aesthetically pleasing way.I am extremely satisfied with their work so they will be back for my kitchen renovation.Here is a summary of their work:1. Scope of work: adding/wiring 12 recessed lights, 4 ceiling pendant lights, 4 sconces, 3 outlets, adding/revising 14 switches (7 with dimmers)2. Days to Complete work: 33. Challenges to the job:-I live in a high rise building that requires management approval & permit. Alex helped me with this process and was pretty seamless-Structural Challenges of the Job:*My ceiling is all concrete (no drilling into the ceiling to make holes for light boxes or junction boxes, this was my choice because I didnt want to put a sheetrock ceiling to lower the height of the ceiling. So I chose to have some wires exposed. But Alex & his team made it super clean!!!!!)*no existing hardwiring connections for all the lights they put in except for 4 recessed lights. This means they made placements and fished the wiring throughout the entire apartment.*Unusual choices of lighting fixture: I am very design driven so some of the lighting fixtures I have are not commonly seen. But Alexs team figured it out pretty quick and did a perfect installation (also, Louis Poulsen PH5 attachment came in bent and Alexs guys fixed it, its a $1000 pendant)4. Highlight of the Outcome of the Project:-Aesthetically Pleasing: lights are put in a very organized way-Precision: The guys placed them considering the daily activities of each space. Some of the existing fixture connections were not in the center of the hallway. They moved it so all the recessed lights align perfectly. Also, they measure in detail of the space to make sure the lights look like they are supposed to be there-Communication: Olek (alexs electrician) was extremely good at communication. Once he marks where the light is going to be, he called me to approve the location of the light. Then he installs it to show me the finished work.Alex is also very detailed oriented. He wrote detailed notes when he first came for an estimate which he passed onto his technicians. You dont see many people doing this so i dont have to repeat myself 10 times. Also, he is very good with text, phone, and email communication-Problem solving: with an old high rise there are a lot of technical and structural challenges. Nothing was a problem for them.It was a pleasure working with Alex and his team, they are so courteous with a sense of humor. I enjoyed having them over!

    Alex and his crew restored my partial power loss by replacing faulty meter and also installed generator inlet. Work was done very effectively and timely. Cost was pretty reasonable as well. Will hire Royaltech again.

    My husband reached out to a few electricians for a quote on some electrical work and Alex was the most responsive with the best price. His approach to installing our electric car charger was the most reasonable as it prevented unnecessary holes throughout the ceilings and walls. His team also upgraded the electric panel and installed extra outlets throughout the house. It was a lot of work that they were able to get done within a day. His team is also able to patch and spackle the walls so it was great that we didnt need to seek for another contractor. The patching and painting were impeccable. We highly recommend Alex and his team for electrical work.

    We installed a pretty expensive and pretty complex chandelier. The project took much longer than expected because of the complexity. However the two guys who came to work on the project were super nice and courteous. They patiently worked through the project and took care of each and every detail. I have never come across such nice people on the job. I would definitely be hiring them again and would recommend them to all my friends. Their pricing was very reasonable too. Overall a very satisfied customer
