Yesterday morning I woke up to a flooded basement due to a burst hot water heater. I called Spencer’s Plumbing and the owner Mike answered immediately. Mike asked for a few bits of information and once we agreed to an over the phone price he came out by noon to switch out the water heater. These guys are fast, polite, and great at what they do. The pricing was fair and I could not be happier about the service we received. I won’t be calling anyone else going forward! Thanks Mike!

Called they made appointment they showed up on time. Changed out main and secondary water shut offs put in new frost free outdoor spicket for hose. In and out in just under an hour. Cleaned up when they were doneI would definitely use them again.

I called Spencers at 8am and they had Chris at my house in just a couple of hours. He was friendly, professional and extremely thorough in explaining the issue, the fix and answered my follow up questions. I couldnt be happier with the service and it was very reasonable. They will be my only call for my plumbing needs. Thank you!
