    We recently had new windows installed in our home. The Long Home team has been absolutely wonderful. The installer arrived early, began work immediately and did a fantastic job. The windows are beautiful and the installer did a masterful job. Once the job was complete you could not even tell any work hand been done. The house and exterior were as clean and debris free, as they were before installation began. There is no question we will be repeat customers. Thank you to the entire staff.     I have my bathroom remodel tentatively scheduled for December this year so I will update this review accordingly as things progress.I met with Josh and Shaq to obtain a cost estimate for remodeling my bathroom. They were both very professional and knowledgeable about the work and products I was seeking. They helped me weigh the pros and cons between certain approaches and materials with my remodel. They even helped me with color selection (which is where I struggle). We negotiated and agreed upon a fair price and terms. I did some follow up research the next day and and read through the contract multiple times to mull over my thoughts and contacted Josh with some follow up questions and concerns. I sent an email with my questions on a Sunday morning to where he promptly and unexpectedly replied giving me his availability for the day. I wasn’t expecting anyone to work on their day off so I suggested it could all way until Monday. On Monday we had a brief phone call where he walked me through all of my questions. We ended up agreeing on some minor modifications to the project which was sent to me in addendum to the contract the following day.So far I am very pleased with the project and excited for my new bathroom. I will post updates to this review as things progress but Josh and Shaq get five stars from me!

    Last year we had our backyard fence replaced by Long Fence. We had a very good experience with them, so when it came time to replace our roof, we knew we’d go with Long Home Products. The salesperson who came to our home was wonderful to work with. We did not have to wait long for the permits to be obtained and for the work to start. Our roof was old and everything had to be replaced. The workers laid tarps all around our home and deck to catch any falling debris. They did a great job. You could see they were an experienced team working in a coordinated manner. The on site supervisor kept us informed of their progress. His supervisor came by to check in with us and the site manager. The roof was finished in one day. After everything was packed on the truck, one of the team used a leaf blower all around the house and on the deck to clear away any dust left from the removal of the old roof. They left our property in great shape. The next day, another team came to install the new gutters. We are so happy we went with gutters that had leaf guards. It was probably the most hassle free project we’ve done on our home. We highly recommend long Home Products

    My name is Hector. I would like to share my experience with Trae and Jeff from Long Home Products. It was a wonderdul visit. They came and inspected my roof. With photos that they took, they showed me some serious issues that needed to be addressed and some potential issues that could be costly in the future. They explained in great detail the job they would do to replace my roof. They also showed my wife and I the quality of materials they will be using on our roof and compared it to the competition. There was no comparison, in my opinion, to the quality Long Home Products was presenting. Now, when I say Trae and Jeff went above and beyond for someone like myself, disabled and on a tight budget, it isnt an exaggeration. They successfully did an all out effort to make this roof replacement affordable so that it can fit in my budget, stress-free, and with the choice I made of the type of job i wanted done on my roof, I can say this will be my last roof replacement in my lifetime. Words cannot describe the care, friendliness and communication Trae and Jeff had shown to my wife and I. It will forever be appreciated, and I will recommend Long Home Products to every home owner I know.

    Anthony Savoy sold me my 3rd roof through Long. I purchased 2 others throughout the years and I will never use any other company. Im a real estate investor and I have other roofs fail after 5-8 years. Long has a non prorated full warranty that they stand behind. I had a roof installed by another local company that failed in the first year and they refuse to come back out and fix it. Anthony was super knowledgeable and helped me customize the project to exactly what I needed. This is the best value you can find when it comes to major projects. Set it. Forget it.

Long replaced the entire roof at no charge. No questions asked. The rep you came to my house, Anthony Savoy, was polite, courteous, very well informed and very thorough. He walked us through the entire process of how the roof would be installed, the materials to be used and most importantly the non pro rated warranty. While we are aware we can get the roof cheaper, we prefer to have it done correctly so we can move on to other projects and not have to revisit the roof later.     I was looking to replace my old bathtub and also getting new wall panels. Brandon is the sales person who I worked with. He called beforehand to confirm appointment which is very nice. I really appreciate the company value he presented to me through a few beautiful slide presentation. He was also very patient and know his products really well as well as the market options and trends. Brandon demonstrated high business acumen and aligned to his company culture. I signed the contract after the visit because he convinced me Long Home is a trustable vendor to work with. Happy to refer both Brandon and Long Home to anyone.

    We’re very happy with our picture window and the installation. Installers were curtious and answered all questions. Cleaned up as the worked, and were finish is a timely manner. Would use again and would recommend them to anyone. We never heard of them, but we’re so glad we called them. The do have great ratings

    Christan came to our home to give us a estimate for a roof for our home. Vary knowledgeable and knew everything about the company and product. Also he was vary prosistent on getting the sale but at the end he got us to go with them. 4-6 weeks before they start just in time for spring
