    Excellent service. Had warranty work done on our water heater. Waited on part and they worked with us to install next day after it was delivered.     We got a new hot water tank installed. They did a great job!!!I had a hot water tank installed by K and K in 2019, and they did great work with that. Present day 2023, when I needed a gas dryer installed and gas pipe fitting work done with it, I called K and K immediately because of their quality past work. Their employee was on time ( early), explained everything that he was doing, and went out of his way to get things fitted up correctly. I trust their work!!!! Because I had wrist surgery, I was very limited in what I could do to even help. He took care of everything. Like this time, I will definitely use K and K again in the future.

    We woke up to find our hot water heater leaking out the top and flooding the basement. A friend recommended K and K when our usual plumber couldn’t get to us for 3 days. I left a message for K and K. They returned my call within 30 minutes and had someone come out to give us and estimate within a couple of hours. They had the hot water heater installed by 4pm same day!!!! Excellent work, reasonable price and great customer service! I will use them again and highly recommended to anyone that needs plumbing work!

    Contacted HSA to assign another contractor for water heater service because the first one was non-responsive. 5 minutes after speaking with HSA rep, Eric from K&K Plumbing LLC contacted me right away asking what the issue was and he asked me to send him pictures. Within 30 minutes, he called me back informing me he completed all the paperwork, had the work order approved and scheduled the installation of the the replacement water heater tank the same day. I was impressed by how efficient Eric handled the whole process and how Jeff, his technician, handled the actual installation. I was bracing for at least 2 days of waiting to fix my problem. Eric and Jeff completed it within 6 hours after they were assigned by HSA to fill my service request. If we encounter plumbing issues in the future, K&K Plumbing LLC will be my go-to company.     FIVE STARS! We needed the main drain for our house (located in our basement) replaced due to some fairly decent cracks.     My water heater stopped working. This is a big problem since I have a larger family with teenagers. It was important to get it running again quickly. I looked up a water heater company I recognized as quality and came across AO Smith. Their website recommended K & K Plumbing as the local installer. This was a great experience from here out.     Absolutely great customer service. They were on time and spent an hour here diagnosing the problem before determining that is was not a job they normally handle (main drain clog). They contacted their go-to-guy for that work, who completed the job for a reasonable fee. K&K did not charge me for the visit. They even called back later to make sure I was happy with the other companys service.

    I was frantically looking for someone to shut off a leaky valve. The valve was broke and the main water line was stuck so I couldnt get the water to stop. I started with the top of the list provided by Google and called at least 20 places before getting here. So glad no one else answered. He was near by and showed up in under 5 minutes.     I needed a new hot water heater and a recirculation line installed, and they were able to complete the job the next day. The work was completed in a timely period and they cleaned up the work area very well. The next day the water heater for my father inlaw failed and they came out quickly to replace his. The journeyman plumber is excellent, and they will be called on in the future for more of the work I need.

    Of all of the days to have an issue with my plumbing it was on Christmas Eve. I never used their services before and that always makes me skeptical.     Honesty , knowledge & the Go The Extra Mile approach - The words that most describe K & KP.My wife and I relocated to North Canton from Texas and were so fortunate to have found Eric through google to perform plumbing, which included installing additional gas lines in our home.I had contacted another company before contacting K&KP and I just wasnt confident of their abilities. Eric swooped in at the last minute and not only saved the day, but also saved us from being victim to false qualifications from the other company.     I had these guys do work for me years ago and remembered being really happy with their work. Fast forward to today, leaking shower that I was trying to fix myself. I couldnt get a not off and was afraid of breaking something. When I called they came right out and got the nut off for me, made sure I felt confident in doing the rest and left with no charge.     We were satisfied with a quick response after our call (although this was not an emergency). The work was done quickly and professionally. My only complaint is that no one showed up during the 2-hour window of time we were given, and we were not notified of a delay.
