Excellent communication: professional, quick responses and clear explanations of the work being done. I talked to James on a Thursday night to schedule an appointment to have my water heater replaced and he was at my house Friday morning. I was pleasantly surprised. Other plumbers I’ve dealt with typically book appointments a week or two out. He arrived on time and did a great job! I wasn’t home but James kept me updated about the project until it was complete. He will definitely be my go to plumber from now on!

I called my Water heater leasing company AHS and they sent City Plumbing and they came asap replaced it under the warranty and lease agreement within 2 hours , all I paid for was up to code parts . The service guy was so professional and kind and did an incredible job.I will definitely call City Plumbing for any needs I in the future and tell all my family and friends. Thankyou James Jones for an exceptional job.

James came out to my parents’ house in Brockton as my mother had made a service call regarding her water heater. James did an exceptional job of checking the unit & giving my mother & myself the best tips of advice on maintaining the heater & pricing options for future reference. He was very knowledgeable & up front regarding future pricing options on appliances in the house. Thank you for the excellent job you did today.

City plumbing is awesome! When my water heater stopped working, they answered my call, showed up the same day, and were able to replace it on the same day!!! We are so thrilled with their professionalism and quality of service. They educated us on our options and the pros and cons of each. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them and recommend them!!!
