    I had a fantastic experience with Quality Home Heating & Air! My Central AC stopped working on a hot Summer day and the temperature spiked to mid 80s. The ac was blowing regular air. Steve Seaton came over to fix it and found out it was a fuse-trip caused by those doing my sidings. He fixed it in minutes and didnt charge me for it. I was astonished at such great gesture and professionalism. I would recommend Quality Home Heating & Air a thousand times over.

    Radium Home Service installed a whole-home mini split system for us this summer. Steve was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and responsive. When we were getting quotes from companies, Radium Home Service was one of the few that actually responded to our inquiry. Their quote was also thousands of dollars less than another companys for a similar install. Steve helped us apply for the Mass Save heat loan and rebate too. Weve been loving our mini-splits and Steve has been helpful fixing a few little quirks that we have with the system.

    Steve was extremely responsive and extremely professional. His pricing was extremely fair. We had issues with our AC and we reached out to him for service, he diagnosed the issue, and made the repair (which was a replacement of the outside condenser and coil inside the furnace) all within a week in the middle of July! I would absolutely recommend Radium to anyone looking for AC services.

    We contacted Radium Home Service to trouble shot an issue with a attic furnace. The service technician made time to come and investigate. He identified the problem, secured the replacement part and installed right after the part arrived. All this was at a rental property. He was prompt and executed with professionalism.     Steve was very responsive for me and showed up within an hour of our phone call. My compressor and fan weren’t turning on for my central a/c, he came by and diagnosed my issue which was a bad outdoor breaker and had the system back up and running quickly. Very reasonably priced, I’d definitely use his services again and recommend him for anyone experiencing any issues.
