    Jeremy is awesome! He patiently mounted my TV to the wall and changed out 6 different lights in my house. He was on time and stayed until everything was all cleaned up and to my liking. He did his best to ensure that all of the new pendant lights on my kitchen island were installed with more attention to detail than I would have probably given myself. Highly recommend!!!He came back for a second round on the job to build an accent wall. His attention to detail and making sure to adjust for my not-so-square walls and floors was on point. I cannot praise his work enough.

    Jeremy was punctual, professional, and exceptional in skill. He assembled a storage shed for me, built a cabinet, hung a dining room light fixture, and assembled and hung a car shelf in my sonā€™s room in the exact time he quoted in his estimate. He pays attention to detail and is sure the job is done right. As a woman I am weary who I allow into my home, and if anyone else has the same concerns Jeremy is your guy! I cannot recommend him enough and am already planning to use him again once heā€™s available.

    Every point of contact was stellar. Making an appointment, a quick quote (higher than expected) follow up, reminders. On day of appointment, Jeremy said could come early. He was polite to tenants, efficient and quick on the job. We have several rental units and need a dependable handy person. Ill definitely keep Jeremy with Service Home Pros on my list.

    I had some damage from a leaking window during the hurricane. Jeremy did an amazing job removing the old window sill and putting in a new one. It looks better than the original! He also gave me some advice on our back door and definitely saved us some time and money. Highly recommend. Would definitely call him again.

    OUTSTANDING!!!Jeremy was very professional, excellent communications skills even notifying you when hes enroute. He had several of my project list things to do, hanging a heavy mirror, installing ceiling medallions, hanging wall art and repairing the wiring in a smoke detector and everything was done to perfection. Also, Jeremy has a website with prices listed that are very reasonable. I will definitely call on Jeremy again for my next project and I highly recommend him to anyone.     My experience with Service Pros was top notch! Next steps and expectations were clearly communicated from beginning to end, and the outcome actually exceeded expectations. Not only did Jeremy arrive at my home on time but he also extended some grace by patiently waiting as I, on the other hand, wasnā€™t there on time to meet him. I really appreciate his willingness to start later than planned especially given that the job ended up taking longer than anticipated due to factors beyond his control.     Excellent service, communications, and work! We have been in our new house for 5 years and things are starting to need minor repairs and maintenance. Little things like caulking, silicone around the sink and backsplash, fixing a toilet, and changing a whole house filter. Neither my husband nor I are very handy. I called a plumber that had worked on the house before, he never returned my calls. Service Home Pros came highly recommended and rightly so. Jeremy is not only competent, he is also very professional. He is reliable, transparent about costs, and an effective communicator. So grateful I Service Home Pros. I highly recommend Jeremy!

    GAME CHANGER! I had ordered an IKEA PAX Wardrobe that I assumed I could assembleā€¦.but boy did I assume wrong. At one point I was so discouraged and confused I almost returned it all but Jeremy truly saved the day.     We recently purchased a home that had quite a few repair items pointed out by the inspector. It was overwhelming, but were so glad to have reached out to Jeremy! He completed a variety of projects for us, from leaky plumbing to fan installation to a minor deck repair. He and his team were very quick to respond when scheduling.     Jeremy visited our home to repair damages caused by a Moving company to two pieces of furniture. One was an inexpensive white apothecary cabinet with a smashed corner. He shaved the corner and repainted it. Not perfect but probably the best fix possible. The other item was our Hooker solid wood TV unit which sustained serious damage caused by too much weight being piled on top of it during the move and/or storage, causing a crushed middle drawer and two glass front doors that could not open. The entire unit was bowed from the weight. The Moving company repaired the drawer immediately and returned it to ensure it would operate, which it did. Jeremy assessed the remaining damage and, in his opinion, the best fix was to straighten the hinges. The glass doors now open; however, there still remains uneven gaps on one side. In a discussion with him, we agreed that further attempts to work on the hinges could cause more harm than good. It is obvious Jeremy is a pro and did the best he could to repair the damage. There is no way he can repair the bow, which unfortunately affects the integrity and value of the unit.

    I highly recommend Service Home Pros!! Scheduling was a breeze, and when an opening in their schedule opened up, I was able to get moved up! I hired them to mount a large television that I couldnā€™t do on my own. Jeremy and Heather were highly professional, skilled, responsive, timely, and respectful of my space.     Jeremy really saved us in a pinch this week! We realized that our dryer had been vented incorrectly by a previous contractor, rendering it dangerous to use until fixed. Not only did he provide a prompt response to our initial request for services, but he quickly identified where it was possible for him to help us out despite a full schedule and setup a time to take a look at our situation and get it resolved.     My wife and I recently purchased a home out in Piedmont. Shortly after moving in we started having some issues with water coming in through our upstairs windows; which was damaging our inner walls. We had Jeremy come out based on his online reviews and a recommendation from a friend. His first time out he was very honest ( to the point of even talking himself out of a sale to potentially save me money lol). He told me what needed to be done ( which was within my skill set), and went on his way. But a few weeks later he followed up with me to see if the issue was resolved ( which it wasnā€™t because I stay pretty busy , and I donā€™t own a ladder that goes that high). I appreciated the follow up and had him go ahead and come out to resolve the issue. Money well spent. Honest guy. He was in and out, handled business, and his rate was extremely fair.     We had a pretty simple job of replacing four soffit vent covers on a two story house. However, when Jeremy attempted to remove the first one, the plastic began to crumble. To add more complexity, the builder installed a non-standard cover size! Since he could not modify the new metal covers, Jeremy carefully carved the existing cover which had a boot sleeve and was able to get it slightly recessed. This allowed for the new cover to fit flush against the soffit. He repeated this three more times. We cannot even tell that these new covers did not come with the house due to the extra time and care taken by Jeremy. Kudos!
