    Laddy’s did an amazing job pressure washing our house and cleaning our windows, inside and out (including skylight!). The crew was polite (even took their shoes off), hard working and thorough. Our windows haven’t been this clean in years, and our exterior siding and trim look like new, really! Great job Laddy’s!

    I moved in to a very old house three years ago that needed a LOT of work and Laddys has been invaluable. They have helped me with everything from exterior painting to mounting a swing and junk removal. Each job was done with great care, and every one of their employees Ive worked with has been extremely professional, punctual, speedy and skilled. I truly cannot say enough good things about Laddys and I highly recommend you hire them immediately!

    Mike and his team did a great job powerwashing our house and cleaning the gutters. I explained to Mike that I had a very specific budget I had to stay in and he made sure to keep the work within those parameters. He even suggested we start with just a gutter cleaning, as this work should take priority even though it was the cheapest aspect of the work. Mike was very honest and again stayed within my budget. I will be calling him again for work around the house and recommending him to our friends.

    Mike Ladd’s crew arrived on time, listened carefully to what we needed them to do, and removed a treadmill and moved an awkward piece of exercise equipment efficiently. They were friendly and professional and worked very well together. We have used Mike’s services many times before, and our experience today was first rate, as usual.

    Mike Ladd and team have done numerous different things around my property in the last 4 or 5 years. Every service he is performed has been done professionally and well for a reasonable price. When Mike has not been able to perform the tasks that I have asked for he has told me of the best solution to that problem and who to go to. Those leads have always panned out very well My whole house painting, my window replacement etc. Mike knows the local community and services well You really cant go wrong by using him to solve your problems.

    I have used Laddy’s carpentry services twice now. Both times the team was on time and professional. Most recently they needed to do some assessment of potential unseen damage and they were honest in their assessment. They did not find something wrong just to increase their fees. The 2 men who worked on my house went above and beyond. They got permission from my neighbor to park their truck. They also closed my car windows for me when the lawn service started mowing. They took care not to upset baby birds living in a tree that will need to come down and relocated a nest in the gutter. Little things mean a lot. And they did a great job with the assigned work. I highly recommend Mike And his team.

    Mike and his crew are the go to guys when your TO DO LIST has consumed you and your not sure who to turn to. Its all the odd job projects that add up, gutter cleaning, landscape cleanup, deck repairs, painting and junk clean out. The jobs that you keep saying youll get to and never do.Mike is up front and honest about what he can delivery and what his crews schedule is. His pricing is well worth the cost. His crew is the most efficient hardworking crew that has ever completed a job for me.This year has been especially difficult to find home services of any sort but if you are willing to work with his already tight schedule I feel you will have A GO TO COMPANY for most of your current and future home maintenance needs.

    The owner was not only courteous and professional but moved his schedule around to help me with our project with a very unrealistic timeline. I found out 10 days before closing that the seller of our new house was unwilling and incapable of replacing, repairing and painting the exterior trim on our new house. To make things worse, snow and below freezing temps were forecast in 5 days! Mike was able to get a couple of guys over to complete all necessary repairs at a great price. We cant wait to move in and have Laddys perform more work on our new home!

    We used Mike Ladd’s company for several projects on the South Shore and have been extremely happy with his work and responsiveness! Originally we hired him to clean out a property, but since then have used his company for carpentry work, painting, power washing and so much more.     You name it, and Mike Ladd and his crew can do anything to improve your property and assist you with projects around the house! The first job was to move heavy bedroom furniture from an upstairs room to downstairs. I was so impressed with the care they took, not to mention their strength!! They just finished residing the front of my house, replacing weathered clapboard with Hardy Board, installing a new storm door and exterior lights. Mike’s carpenter, Ray, is meticulous; a real pro! He and his guys are professional, always on time and ready with advice and ideas. My house looks like new! I’m ecstatic! I am scheduled to have Laddy’s return to powerwash my front concrete steps and clean a couple skylights. You can’t ask for a more friendly, honest, hard working team! And they’re local.     I called Mike after an Internet search. We had some furniture to remove. He was extremely responsive and stopped that day to give me an estimate and came back the next day to complete the job.     This is only my second time using Laddys for gutter cleaning and I only regret not calling sooner. My service was delayed through no fault of Laddys ( but doesnt the pandemic delay everything) and Mike was constant in his follow up on when he would be here.     Had Laddy’s Home Services out to clean and repair the gutters on April 2, 2021 in Marshfield. Great job by Mike Ladd’s crew. They are very professional, friendly, and worked hard ! They took all the Covid-19 requirements seriously and proper PPE protection was used the entire time. I couldn’t be more happy with their work. I’m definitely hiring Laddy’s again !
