    Josh Anderson with Blackburn did an amazing job. I called and the same day within a few hours he was here and our clogged sewer line was fixed. He got the job done and he got it done quick in the pouring rain! He was all smiles the whole time and very professional.     Amazing customer service! Called about a problem with our septic sprinklers. They sent Tyler out the same day & he diagnosed the issue and explained how it could be fixed and what the charges would be. The next day, Tyler came back and had our pump replaced and working again. Office staff was very friendly and helpful as well. All around great experience working with this company!! I highly recommend them!

    Our outside faucet was leaking an the pipe got broken when trying to fix it. It was late on Friday evening we had no water to our house. There was no way we could go all weekend without water so I called Blackburn Plumbing and Caleb was here within an hour after I called. He came out on a Friday night and within an hour and a half we had our water back on again. It is with great appreciation I say thank you for your service. It was well appreciated.

    Baylen Honeycutt did an amazing job! Very professional. Baylen came for a stopped up toilet and found there was pipes separating under house. He took a look at second bathroom and next day installed a tub/shower and sink. He quoted me a price and thatā€™s exactly how much it was. I felt very comfortable having him in my home.     Josh and Baylen came out to fix a leaking 2 year old water heater tonight at my 2 year old rental house in Durant. Both men conducted themselves very professionally and were kind and got the job fixed correctly and also in a timely manner. Iā€™m a HVAC service tech for a local competitor HVAC company that doesnā€™t offer a plumbing department so I had requested Blackburn plumbing with the rental property management to come out knowing of Blackburns high and well respected reputation within the community and also knowing their professionalism within our working relationship being in the trades. After tonightā€˜s experience with Josh and Baylen I will always use and refer Blackburn plumbing when needed. Thank you to those gentlemen who got us fixed up.

    They did a awesome job. Had 2 companies before I came to them offer to make me pay 2800-2900$ for a replacement water heater when all i wanted was someone to see if they could repair my panel for the heater.Not only did they give me a much better price for future heater replacement (1800$) but they also got my heater working again. Only costed me 214$! So happy i found this company!

    We had an under slab leak, and had several plumbers provide estimates including an insurance company sent slab leak specialist. Unlike the others, these guys showed up exactly when they said they would. They did their own investigation, and proved the insurance companies leak specialist wrong. They were clean, and professional. They honored their original estimate even when they found the damage worse than their initial investigation revealed, and they fixed our leak fast. These guys are highly recommended.

    After contacting Blackburn Plumbing on their easy-to-use website, I received a phone all to set up the appointment. Emergencies occurred (stuff happens) which delayed our appt to today, but even in the delay and rescheduling process, they were very polite and even thanked us for being accomodating and easy to work with.Josh called stating that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the issue, explained what he needed to do and did the work. Josh was very thorough, fast and polite! We will definitely call Blackburn Plumbing for future plumbing needs!!

    We had a small leak on a really old hot water heater. Blackburn showed up the next day. They called first thing in the morning to prep their truck with parts, went and did another job, and showed up. Removed old water heater from on top of an indoor building. Replaced with new and all new fittings. Put a drain pan in and ran a line into an existing drain/clean out. Job was completed promptly with no issues. Easy guys to work with.

    Great experience today! First AJ was very helpful by getting a technician scheduled to come out and look at my HVAC system in the same day. Then when Nick arrived he was very friendly and explained what the issue was in a way I could easily understand and actually showed me where the part was defective.     The BEST part of Blackburn to me are the technicians. They are the ones that have helped , saved me more money, and actually spend the time explaining to me any part of my HVAC or Plmubing that I dont understand. They are patient, kind, and it feels like they are truly there to help YOU, not just focused on increasing the companies bottom line.Blackburn HVAC saved me $30k a couple of years ago, when 1 company came out while my A/C wasnt working and told me there was no fixing it, that I had to buy an ENTIRE new HVAC system not just replace the unit. I called Blackburn (because $30k is work a second opinion) they not only found the issue but showed me where the first company had switched 2 wires so that it wouldnt work.Today Blackburn plumbing saved my close to $8k. My septic was overflowing almost into my neighbors yard. Blackburn was not sure they could come out today (totally understandable evey plumbing / septic company is crazy busy right now). So, me being the ever impatient person I am, called around and found another company that could. The other company charged me $475 to pump out the septic tanks, and told me the entire arobic system needed to be replaced.Blackburn actually called at the time I was given this information saying Aaron could make it. $140 later everything was fixed. Lesson finally learned just wait on Blackburn no matter what.They also have an amazing VIP program where you get priority and they reach out to remind you to schedule the yearly maintenance. And DISCOUNTS!!!!!

    Jan.15, 2024, I found a water leak in my outside shop bldg. Blackburn arrived withine 3 hrs of my call to them. Caleb found a under slab leak. It was expensive but service, skill and professionalism was outstanding.Nov. 29, 2023, We noticed our water bills were more than expected. Our city has recently installed new electronic water meters. When we contacted the city regarding the water usage the city provided great documentation for when the leak began (in Aug.) how much water was leaking and when. I provided that to the Blackburn Plumber who checked several areas for water leaks and found the water meter was damp. when scraping the dirt back in the meter box water did fill the depression indicating a leak on my side of the meter. He found a broken elbow in my water line 14 inches from the meter box on my side. Repaired it, filled the hole, cleaned up and left within 2 hours or less. I am very happy with the service I receive from BlackBurn Plumbing. They respond quickly with qualified skilled personnel.Fall of 2022, We were remodeling both bathrooms at once so having the plumber on time critical. Chris H did a great job very quickly. We are very happy with our selection of Blackburn plumbing for our needs.Update Oct. 7, 2024, Called Blackburn to rebuild a toilet tank and repair a drain leak in a workshop. Baylen did a quick efficient repair that I am very pleased with. The repair invoice was reasonable, and I will call Blackburn for future repairs. My waster heater is coming up for replacement in the next several years as it is 12 years old now and was only a 8-year tank when new. Maybe it will last through the winter.

    I had a leak from the bottom of my outside freeze proof hydrant. Caleb from Blackburn came out. He quoted an estimate to find the leak. Caleb had to use a jackhammer because the hydrant had been concreted in by the previous owner. Caleb found the leak and was able to cap the line for me. Caleb advised that it had gone smoother than he thought it would and it was actually a couple hundred dollars cheaper then he originally quoted. That showed that he was an honest person. I would use this company again.

    2/11/21. Blackburn was scheduled to come first thing on a Friday morning. On Thursday around the lunch hour they called to see if they could come that afternoon. I was happy to have that option. Trevor showed up and was immediately good with my dogs. After telling him my greatest concern was my ventless gas fireplace and that Iā€™d never used it, he went to work trying to get it lit and checking out everything. He explained how it worked and made me much more comfortable with using it now. He then switched over to my clogged sink and water pressure issues and got those taken care of with no mess or surprises. He checked many things to diagnose my pressure issues. Finally he cleaned aerators at sink that were down to a trickle and then he was on his way. Great guy, super helpful and very knowledgeable. Another great experience.12/31/19. I called Blackburn around noon on December 31 after spending the morning trying to figure out what was wrong and what to do about my low water pressure and almost non-existent hot water. My first contact was with Kaitlyn and she was very kind and understood my problem and went to work to see if they could get someone out to my home quickly for just the diagnosis of my problem. She connected me to David, the Service Manager, who said he could be out as soon as Kaitlyn entered the service order for.a $69 diagnosis fee. Upon going ahead with any repair needed, the call fee would be waived on the next call. This sounded like a great deal to me and so the call was scheduled. Little did I know how much value I would actually receive for my $69! David arrived and went to works evaluating the water heater, then the shower where I first had a problem, the kitchen sink and so on. The problem ended up being a washer that had moved out of place and was actually impeding the water flow. He replaced the shower head including applying more plumbers tape. He check each faucetā€™s aerator and cleaned them. He then tackled what is the most horrible job for me, unclogging my bathroom sink drain. He did as much as he could but it was going to require removing some parts and with the amount of water standing, it was going to take a while and longer than I wanted to spend. After a couple other of my minor requests, he went through a checklist in each of my plumbing areas and wrote down everything that needed a little work. It was excellent for my needs. The best news was that I didnā€™t have a huge repair needed and associated cost. Iā€™m so thankful I made the call to Blackburn and will definitely use them for future needs.

    Had a leak in my slab that required a great deal of work to find and correct . Tyler was excellent . Knowledgeable , patient , thorough, and great attention to detail . Even as complications arose he just kept on task and worked through each issue . I truly canā€™t say enough good about him . Blackburns is lucky to have him I will request him every time .
