I was referred to CT Electric by my Realtor, and I am very happy with the service provided. I had them run two outlets, one for a range and one for a microwave. They provided me with a rough estimate over the phone, and told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get to me. The next day they called and said they had a cancellation and could squeeze me in. Chip came out about 1 pm. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The job ended up taking a little longer than he anticipated so the Operations Manager Mark stopped by at the end to help clean up. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. I raised a concern at the very end, and Chip double checked everything before leaving which left me with peace of mind. The next day he called, and said he wanted to triple check something so he stopped by on his day off, and checked one more time to make sure everything was working properly. As a small business owner in Home Services I was blown away by the customer service and attention to details by both employees that I interacted with at CT and will definitely be calling them in the future for any additional services.
