We have used Jake over the years for different projects at both our business and our home. His work has always been done well, and on time. From painting to carpentry, and much more, he is able to tackle many jobs with great results! We have been very pleased with the work that he has done, he is pleasant and respectful, and when he finished everything was cleaned up properly. We will certainly use him in the future, we already have plans for a new fence next Spring. Thanks Jake!! We are so pleased with our recent renovation.

We have been very happy with the work that Jake has done over the years for us. He is comfortable with taking on a wide range of tasks: finishing a garage, firming up an old pole barn, removing an old wall heater and patching the hole, fixing things, patch work, deck / platform work etc.

Jake has done handyman and light construction work for us for several years now, and has always done a fantastic job. Communicative, experienced, and friendly, he is very easy to work with and can handle anything from the simplest to the more complex jobs requiring skill. Among other work, he has painted, assembled furniture, and built a small shed for us. I would definitely recommend Jake for any handyman or construction task you may have!

Jake and his crew did a great job, my wife loves her new kitchen. He had toreplace floor joists and sub flooring. He added lots of extra touches. New windows, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, shelving in the laundry room. He also replaced plumbing in the kitchen. New flooring in the kitchen and living room. And painted both the kitchen and living room. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and tidy. We will be using Jake for other projects in the future.

Jake has done several jobs for us since we moved to Durango. He has taken on jobs as small as painting a laundry room to as big as a complete basement remodel. We told him if he did us right the first time, then we’d never bother searching for another handyman. He’s been our guy for over 5 years!

Jake is always prompt, keeps open communication about projects and makes sure the job is done right. You need repairs done, this is the guy to call.

I had some problems with my appliance company and ended up being delivered the wrong oven and Jake pretty much took care of it. He installed it in the next day and I can finally cook real food instead of getting by on microwave dinners.

So thankful to have found Jake! He recently helped us with the beginnings of our kitchen remodel - he was professional, punctual, and has great attention to detail. We were so impressed that we’re actually using him to finish the remainder of our project! Highly recommend him!

We have had Jake come by on a few occasions and work on Miscellaneous projects around our house and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He painted a couple of rooms, and the lines were perfect. He did a kitchen backsplash for us, and it’s beautiful. He has done other small jobs without complaint, he fixed our gate on our front porch, hung shelving, hung our trophy fish, and replaced door sweeps. We asked him to put together a furniture set that we had ordered (it came completely unassembled) and it is sturdy and put together perfectly. He has always been very friendly, and he charges a fair price. My husband and I think that he’s a really honest guy and he’s definitely our handyman from here on out.
