The Pelke Plumbing crew has been great to work with. We woke up one morning with no running water. They fit us into their schedule and we had a new well pump installed that afternoon. I had questions/concerns regarding my pressure tank. They evaluated my situation, made a recommendation for a tank that would better fit the needs of my family while also fitting in the limited space I had a available. The install crew was on time, very professional, and went above and beyond my expectations. Their prices are fair and their work is top notch. Our new set up will last us for years to come. The scheduling and planning for our septic replacement and related work was well coordinated. This included onsite visits, phone calls and emails. We were very pleased with the communication and responsiveness. Everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.When the crew showed up to do the work, the teamwork was evident and productive - they each knew what they were doing and how to coordinate with each other. More than once I noticed one of them stepping in at just the right time, knowing what to do. They respected and appreciated each other.They were clearly skilled at what they were each doing - including running the equipment with precision and efficiency. They worked hard, quickly and carefully - solving problems as they went. I also appreciated that they checked with me on the decision points and patiently answered my many questions.

I hate to just hop on the bandwagon here but this outfit certainly earns the 5 star rating. We had a leak in our service line. I called in Monday morning got someone rigjt away at 7am and an hour or 2 later there was guy out at our place scoping out the job. A few more hours later the locators were out. By the next morning they were out making the repair. They listened to me about my concerns and did excaltly what I wanted them to do. They exhibited courtesy and great care for our property. These guys are definitely my plumbers of choice from now on and I am so glad I found them. Prompt and professional!!

Very impressed with the speed and quality of the service. The technicians were very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong and how they could fix it. They even let our 7 year old watch on in fascination as they worked. They will be our first call next time anything goes wrong with our plumbing. They replaced a bad pipe, our pump and our panel board. Thank you!

Excellent fast service to replace an older septic pump...a huge pump that has to take water up 75ft and 275 feet in length. Called Friday. Pump ordered Friday and delivered to them on Monday. Installed at my home on Tuesday. Not sure you can do better than that.
