    Green leaf did an outstanding job with the installation our new roof. We did a lot of research and were very pleased with the quality of their workmanship, competitiveness of price and that they offered Atlas pinnacle pristine shingles. We even had a tree issue to deal with before we could get our new roof on and James was able to postpone installation until we dealt with it. They made a daunting project into a complete breeze and we would definitely recommend such a great family business!

    We hired Green Leaf roofing a few weeks ago to put up a new roof. From the time we made the initial call for the quote until they were completely done they have been extremely nice and professional. James, the owner, was on top of what was happening the whole time and even made it clear that if we had future issues heā€™d be happy to help. Alex, who came the first time to measure and give us a quote, was not a salesman. Heā€™s the kind of guy you wish was your younger brother or dating your daughter. Very much a gentleman and smart. He even helped us find a guy to put up a new fence on the north side of our backyard. The timing couldnā€™t have been better because hurricane Helene hit about 2 weeks after they finished. We were dry and secure. They were also priced very reasonably. Iā€™d absolutely recommend this company to put a roof on your house. šŸ

    Totally pleased with the service provided by Green Leaf Roofing. They did the job fast and efficiently. Surprisingly fast, and necessary because the old roof, though it looked good, was leaking into the rafters, the living room and the garage. Their speed prevented further structural and the inevitable possibility of mold damage if left the way it was. James was very accommodating with the payment also; I left town just as they were starting up. They were willing to wait for my return - he even came to my house to pick up the payment on a weekend. Well done James and Green Leaf Roofing. They even gave me a Military discount.

    Needed 20 yr old roof replaced as house being sold. Had 5 estimates done & Jamesā€™ estimate was the best. It was important to us to not just get a competitive quote but to make sure the wood was included etc & that we worked with someone who is great at communicating.     I recently had my 20 year old roof replaced by Green Leaf Roofing. James, the owner was on time for our appointment for the estimate. He offered me a choice in shingles, explained certain things for me, and gave me the assurance that things would be done in a timely manner.Green Leaf, is the only company that offered me a choice in shingles. The other companies only offered one shingle company. Green Leaf, gave me a choice and I chose the better quality shingle. ( by the way, it wasnt what the other companies offered). I did my research. He also replaced some rotten facia I had and the wood was included in the estimate.Once the crew arrived to do the job, they were respectful and cleaned up my property as they went along. I would highly recommend Green Leaf Roofing LLC, to anyone. From start to finish, everyone was very professional, on time and did an awesome job. James is an owner that is on site, and takes pride in the work that him and his crew do. James was only a text or call away and responded well to any questions or concerns that I had. James notified me and sent me pictures of some unexpected wood rot, once they uncovered the roof. The area was repaired and my new roof looks great.Again, I would highly recommend this local company to anyone.     Had a great experience with Green Leaf Roofing and would absolutely work with them again. Flat roof above my patio was leaking and James was able to come over to evaluate it for me and put together an estimate the same day I called. Then he worked with his team to prioritize my project and found a time to get it done promptly. There was rain in the forecast nearly every day, so he sent a larger than typical crew for a job this size to make sure they would be able to get the roof covering back on before more rain came. Crew was greatā€”kind, courteous, efficient, and very thorough with clean up. Highly Recommend!

    We needed a roof urgently on a new home. Green Leaf Roofing responded immediately with friendly, fast service. My phone calls were always returned quickly. The process began within a day. It took 2 days and a couple hours to complete the old roof removal, sheeting replacement, soffit and fascia repairs, and reroof with 32 sq of shingles. The roofers were hard working and did an excellent job. My own home inspector gave them an excellent rating. Huge thank you to James and Green Leaf Roofing.

    Excellent experience from initial contact to project completion! I had no sooner requested an estimate on the Internet than my phone rang. James, the owner of Green Leaf Roofing, was on the line. I explained that the flat roof over my Florida room was leaking. Within 30 minutes, Alex arrived to assess the situation and provide a written estimate. James and Alex were so pleasant to work with and the estimate was inline with my expectationsā€¦so I accepted their bid on the spot and canceled all other appointments for estimates that I had scheduled. BEST DECISION EVER!! They were able to get to my project within two business days. The crew was very diligent and replaced the flat roof in half a day!     We could not be more pleased with Green Leaf Roofing. James and Alix were a pleasure to work with. We had both our pitched roof and flat roof replaced as well as few soffits. James had done a repair on part of our roof last year for free and just asked us to consider them when it came to replacing the roof. I called and met with four companies (including Green Leaf). The estimate wasnt the cheapest nor the highest, but we were impressed by Alixs presentation and felt very comfortable every time we talked with James and Alix.As impressed as we were with James and Alix, we cant say enough about the crew. They showed up on time, were very respectful to us personally and our property, and knocked out the job by lunch time. And it didnt seem like they were rushing it at all. I watched a crew that worked like a well-oiled machine that enjoyed working with one another. Not only did they do a great job on the roof, but they did a great job cleaning up. I did not find any nails in the yard and only one on the roof! Great job! Weve already had a few neighbors (even from around the block) tell us how nice the roof looks and how impressed they were with the crew. They were amazed!     I am a realtor and have dealt with many roofing companies over the years and I will say this company did an excellent job for a personal home I own. I called for an estimate after receiving several other quotes, they by far were the most reputable and reasonably pricedā€¦ the lowest actually.     James was as genuine as anyone Iā€™ve met. He came out, measured the roof, came in and presented several options to me. There was no pressure, no changing the price if I acted right away, but he gave a simple estimate, and it was right in the area of what I expected.His crew showed up on a Monday morning and were completely finished Tuesday. They shingled our house and laid the flat roof, installed a new skylight, and reinstalled our solar attic fan.     HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend !!! I had the best experience and am very happy with the installation . Alex was one of the biggest factors for this great review . From the estimate to the install he was hands- on and very transparent . I was in the loop during the whole process and there were no surprises. This is a great local , family business and the work was essentially completed in a day and a half. The roof quality looks great and the other workers who were on site were lovely and efficient .     I had a new roof put on my disabled brotherā€™s house today. James and his crew were great. I felt James was very trustworthy, especially compared to other roofing quotes. His quote was the most affordable and had no hidden charges. Be careful when other quotes donā€™t put how many plywood boards they will need to use in their quote. Plywood is expensive and James gave us 5 pieces in our quote which was more than other companies would give. He did exactly what he stated on the contract and then some. I was given 40 pictures showing the work done from start to finish. This was a big help in lowering my homeowners insurance. James, the owner, was available for me to call anytime if I had any questions. Thanks for the great job, James. Iā€™ll be recommending you to my friends and family.

    Very happy with the quality of service provided by James and his company. He is very professional and hands on and offers good advice. My project included removing and reinstalling solar panels after the new roof was in place. Green Leaf offered to do this at a significant savings over what it would have cost to have the original solar company do it. I was kept apprised of progress throughout the project. All in all a very fine experience.

    Excellent experience with Green Leaf Roofing! No issues, no concerns, no problems! We obtained 7 roofing estimates and Green Leaf was not only the best value, they finished our entire project in two days. One of the first questions we asked all of the roofing companies who bid our job was are your workers W2, company employees or 1099 sub-contractors. Green Leaf workers are all W2 employees of Green Leaf Roofing and many have been with the owner, James for years. For insurance purposes and protection for the homeowner, W2 employees of the company doing the work is the best and safest option. James was on site at least 10-12 times a day. Everything he said he would do, he did. He is a man of his word and strives to keep his customers happy. His workers also project he same mentality and are very knowledgeable as to their profession. They worked quickly, accurately, professionally and the workmanship is exceptional. Our shrubs and yard around the house were protected and cleaned up at the end of each day. Green Leaf Roofing was the best choice, we are very pleased and highly recommend Green Leaf Roofing.

    Rarely will I review any company or service. I will only review if, and only when, my expectations are exceeded.Recently we decided to replace our roof. We obtained 4 estimates. After comparing allcontracts line by line, we decided to hire Green Leaf Roofing, LLC. Green Leaf Roofing is a 5 starpreferred roofing company and a preferred contractor for Atlas Roofing Designer Shingles. They also have an A+ rating with the BBB, and they have a recycling pledge on all of the materials they remove. The price points for all four companies were all over the place, and while money was not our only consideration, it was still a very important consideration for such an expensive project.James Keeling, the owner, was very professional, friendly and informative. He pointed things out that other company salesmen didnā€™t and, was totally involved in our job from start to finish. One of the primary reasons I chose Green Leaf was the fact that James, the small business owner, clearly knew his stuff and briefly told me about his experience both here in the US and in the UK. I knew he took pride in his work and that of his company. Thatā€™s why I selected him. He doesnā€™t know it, but he saved us money as well :)Green Leaf exceeded my expectations in every way. It took two days for a 2300 sq. foot homeroof to be completed, and I have already received numerous compliments from our neighbors. It would be very remiss of me if I didnā€™t mention his employees. All of them were very respectful of our property and did an outstanding job. James saw to it that our soffits were properly secured, and 3 fascia boards were replaced, at no charge.     Iā€™ve just had a new roof put on by Green Leaf. I took six bids. Some companies came right to my door within a few days or up to a week. Green Leaf was able to bid the day I called! One company gave a competitive bid online, but I never saw a human from that company or an offer to come to my home. Green Leaf was a referral I took from our neighborhood online site. I want to share with you this experience so if you need a new roof, you too will have a first hand referral. Green leaf is a family owned business. From first meeting, professionalism, quality materials, thorough explanations and fair pricing plus a crew of employees ā€”Not subcontractors has made this a pleasant experience. A new roof is a huge investment for me and probably for you too so itā€™s important to pay attention to the details. I have not had one issue come up during the roofing process. On time hard workers, daily follow up by owner, James Keeling, my yard cleaned up daily and the job completed timely. You will want to take bids, but you will want to take a bid from Green Leaf Roofing. Iā€™m not their advertiser but I value first hand referrals. They are more than Five Star!!

Green Leaf is a local company in Dunedin. Often many roofing companies claim to be locally owned but in fact are not which is problematic in the event you ever need them again. James is in Pinellas County and is readily available. Green Leafā€™s pricing is also very fair and there are no hidden gimmicks or games. They do very good work and take pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

    This was the ONLY roofing contractor of the six I spoke with that was honest and did not yank my chain. The estimate was given in person the day I called. And the owner of the company stuck to the exact estimate, despite the installation of the sun tube being a bit tricky because the old sun tube was not standard. Communication was easy, the crew was a pleasure to work with, and the site was cleaned each day. The completed roof looks excellent. I highly recommend getting an estimate from this company. I would use them again for any future roofing projects in the Tampa Bay area.

Everyone wanted to upsell me or add additional things on including bad wood that would be found.I told James what I wanted specifically and that is what he gave me.     Ill start with the conclusion which I cannot give James and his crew a high enough rating! First, I had a real estate transaction that was pending because the roof was so old the 4-point was held up. Green Leaf came out, quoted, and got the roof complete and approved in less than a week! I deal with a lot of contractors and have done my share of roofs and Green Leaf is far and away the best. Aside from the foregoing, they did not skimp on plywood or any other necessary prep or repair. Finally, you cant even tell they were there from the clean up they did! Ill never use anyone else!

    Finding the right roofer was a bit of dilemma considering I have a flat roof. Not only a flat roof but it was a gravel roof-along with no insulation between the ceiling & roof & I feared the worse of not finding a company that could help . The roof of my home was at least 50 years old had several leaks & one that caused the ceiling drywall in bedroom to collapse . I was relieved when Green leaf roofing assured me they do ā€œflatā€ roofs & after consultation I was even more relieved that they could work on my roof .They ripped off the old , installed new plywood & also did some other repairs that needed done , plus the actual new roof. The team of roofers were very considerate, helpful when necessary , prompt & no mess when they completed the job .Also the quote for my roof was also a relief considering other quotes. 10yr labor warranty is a plus.
