    I have been in the construction trades and project management for over 20yrs and Im very particular about who works on my house if I cant do the work myself. We just bought this home about 2yrs ago and needed to upgrade/fix the original exterior concrete work. I only want to do the work one time the right way, and Franks Concrete was the company to accomplish that. Frank is just as particular as me, hes on the job every day with his team to ensure that. They stay working on your project until complete. He does whats right even if thats changing the plan on the fly, not whats cheap and easy. His crew is great to work with and very professional. You get what you pay for, so if you want a quality product that a company will stand behind and a contractor you can trust then Franks is for you. I now have the proper retaining walls in place for my main driveway, rear service pad and new patio with hidden piers for this summers elevated deck project. Thanks for all the hard work Frank.

    I had a challenging project on an older home, and Frank and his crew handled it exceedingly well. Im a civil engineer and grew up in a family concrete business so, as you might expect, Im more particular than most - having things done right is a high priority for me. I talked to several companies, and it was clear that Frank was one of the few who had both the knowledge and the personality to do things properly and competently. The work reflects this.The project turned out great—it was done on time, within budget, and I’ve gotten lots of compliments from the neighbors, too! If you want quality work, Frank is your guy.

    Franks Concrete did a fantastic job at replacing my 15 year old asphalt driveway with concrete. We could not be happier with the final work product.     Towards the end of summer we decided to build a shed and wanted a concrete pad. Found Frank here on Google and he responded quickly with a fair quote.He was able to get us in his schedule quickly and completed the pad in 1 day.The jobsite ws cleaned up and they even graded around the pad.Next time I need any concrete work done I will be a returning customer!

    Late last month I hired Franks Concrete because my driveway was in serious disrepair. After much research and talking to my neighbors I decided against polyjacking and went all in on a full concrete pour. I couldnt have made a better decision. Frank and his crew did not disappoint from the initial meeting to the the end of the project.Frank provided a fair quote which included great details about the materials used, and about what the project entailed. Upon our initial in-person meeting he discussed the stages and time-line which was over the course of 3-days.The end result is absolutely gorgeous! 😊 I cant believe thats the adjective Im using but my driveway has caught the attention of friends, family, and neighbors.     Had a stamped concrete patio and walkway done. Frank was easy to work with, very responsive and took the time to help with design and color choices. Frank and his crew did a great job, took out old concrete in one day and completed the rest of the project quickly. Looks great, very happy!

    Franks Concrete installed a stamped concrete patio at my home in Bartlett. It turned out fantastic. Our neighbors all love it too! The building inspector in town said it was done by a true professional and I couldnt agree more. Franks pricing was a little higher than some but you get what you pay for. Im in the remodeling Industry and Frank has done the concrete work for us for room additions for many years. The work is always fantastic.Highly recommended.

    After meeting with Frank, I was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness about the work he does and the details involved in a given project. Frank replaced our front stoop and walkway to the driveway. Other contractors refused to come out because they felt the job was too small and not worth their time. I believe that Frank cares about the person and not just about the size of the potential contract. We spoke about changing the appearance of the stoop from traditional squared two-step concrete to rounding the stoop instead. Frank came through. He and his crew showed up and were very professional. They meticulously removed the existing materials with care as to not damage any landscaping or the home itself. They worked the day without stopping. Franks team removed, prepped and built the structure for the concrete and asked at stages if this is what we approved of before proceeding. He had so much hands-on attention with the project that we felt secure. By the 2nd day everything was poured and cured...Frank contacted the Inspector during the process for approval properly. Frank has an accredited license with our village and all we needed to do was obtain a permit...Frank took care of the rest. He even relieved the issue we had with the existing stoop and walkway with water retention in spots and with his precision, alleviated that issue so we neednt worry about drainage in the summer and ice build up in the winter. Franks team cleaned up the site thoroughly upon completion. There are contractors out there that only care about landing the large contracts and work quickly and recklessly to finish and move onto the next sale. Frank took his time and care, was thorough and respectful and there to answer any questions or concerns throughout the process. I will work with Frank on future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone, friends & family.

    Frank’s Concrete Company is excellent to work with. They refinished my concrete floor with an epoxy coating and a marble-type design. The style was not something they had done before, but we talked about what I wanted and the result came out beautiful. They are very professional and pleasant to work with, and accommodating of the client’s wishes. Highly recommended.

    FRANK’S put in our BRAND NEW driveway! They did a wonderful job….showed up when they said they would (or, if not, contacted us with an update), had their large crew here often (nice, professional workman), and did a SUPER CLEAN/NEAT/BEAUTIFUL “COLORED” driveway AND curb ruining along one side of the driveway! We are so, so happy with FRANK’S and would highly recommend them!

    I was impressed with Franks work on a neighbors stamped concrete patio project last year and contracted with him to design and build our own patio. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. Ours is a curved shape with a color contrast concrete stoop, steps and boarders. He installed 4 drainage conduits beneath the pour to individually handle downspout drainage away from the house. He also took care of finish grading of the yard which required bringing in topsoil. The work site was always kept neat. The final project turned out beautiful. I can comfortably say that he takes pride in his work which is excellent. I found him to be quite reputable.

    After owning an old and poorly-kept building for 11 years, I have dealt with a lot of contractors. Frank’s Concrete Co is one of the best. The work is excellent and Frank’s manner is superb. None of the problems I have had with other people, like budget overruns, damage, or sloppy work. A true professional.

    Frank and his crew are GREAT! They are early to start every morning and completed our patio (stamped) in very short time. The job site was cleaned up every night.
