    Our Bath fitter tub to shower was installed in late November 2024 by Chris. He arrived at & 7:30am as planned and finished our job at 2:30 pm. He was very professional and did a great job. He cleaned up after the job was finished. We love our beautiful shower and highly recommend Bath Fitter. This the second bath Fitter shower we have in our home. We highly recommend Bath Fitter.

    I’m in a condo in Asheville.. Their support staff is easy to reach and knowledgeable so we could work out changes to the contract via email. .They dealt with obtaining the HOA and building inspectors approvals.The installation was incredibly well done in 1 day as promised. The installer checked with me about height placements of installed items. I’m short so I was glad he did that. I received the lifetime warranty paperwork after installation as well as an approved list of cleaning recommendations. I am very pleased with the result. .Highly recommend. A+++

    We were absolutely thrilled with our new Bath Fitter shower. When we had our consultation with Jeff, he offered us an option that other vendors had not suggested, which made our project more affordable and more attractive.     My Shower in our Master Bath was a Disaster!! Old white tile and grout that mildew grew on constantly. It was an embarrassment and health Hazzard. Bathfitter performed such an an amazing transformation. My wife and I couldnt believe the results. Everything they did was top notch! Their people were so knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell they like their jobs and all of them said how well they are treated by The Mullikin family who owns this large franchise. Thats very important to us..You will Love everything about them.     We were super pleased from start to finish with the people involved in our shower replacement project. They were professional, personable, straightforward and honest. The cost was more reasonable than prices charged by other companies. The shower looks nice and is practical with its showerhead/wand, folding seat and perfectly placed safety rails. Love the sliding glass doors that are made in such a way that they shouldnt allow mold growth. We are not pleased, however, with the non-slip floor design with many indentation pockets. Its painful for my husbands badly callused feet, and its very difficult to clean because pockets of water remain in the indentations, unmoved by a squeegee. I hope we can find a tool to move the water out and into the drain.

    The caulking in our shower had gotten grungy. Neither of us are able to get down to clean it. I called Bathfitter for a recommendation of someone who could replace. I had no idea this was a service they provided to customers. It is like having a brand-new shower. I actually walk into the bathroom just to admire the wonderful job the young man did on our shower.     What a great installation. We had a tub and wall(to the ceiling) enclosure put it. We were told to expect to installer between 7:30 and 9 am. Chris showed up exactly at 7:30, and after discussing the installation, what we were getting, he went right to work. He was friendly, didnt mind us with a question or two. Very efficient and a fast worker. we were impressed with his work ethic. For us, the price was reasonable. I would recommend Bathfitter to anyone.

    We have had a Bathfitter shower unit for about 4 years. We recently had the team come out to check on something that we thought was small. To our surprise, they decided to replace the whole unit. We were blessed to work with Savannah and Charles at the office. They were very nice and professional and intentional in their efforts that we were pleased with the results. We were thrilled to see Stan come through the front door! Stan did our first install and provided the same fantastic quality and service installing the new unit. Yes, a Bathfitter unit may cost more than some pop in unit we could buy at the Depot. But it is MORE than worth the expense to know that Bathfitter stands behind their work and their product for LIFE. A HUGE thank you to these amazing people!!

    Jeff was the sales guy. We couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. No high pressure sale at all, unlike one of the companies we had come in for a quote. We had a new shower installed, expanding the size of the shower by removing part on a wall. The technician (Kenneth) was polite, on-time, well-dressed, tidy and considerate. It was a two day job and at the end of day one the entire work environment was neatly arranged and everything stored away. In the end the job was completed exactly as described to us. Id highly recommend to others.

    Our new shower is wonderful! Alex removed an old cast iron tub and tile walls and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower in one day. We have a 100 year old farm house where no walls are square or floors are level. Alex worked alone, without a break to complete the job. He was amazing! We love our Bath Fitter shower!

    After having a stroke, getting in and out of the bathtub/shower combination was very difficult. Bath Fitter removed the old tub and replaced it with a low step in threshold shower, complete with a fold down seat. The installation went smoothly and we love our new bathroom.     Was in need of bath updating, but, wanted very little downtime.Representative came to our home and made very helpful no pressure presentation and scheduled our installation much sooner than we anticipated.     We love our walk-in shower. But we have issues with what we were told upfront by Conan. We were told our shower head and hose would be stainless steel and the hose would be six foot long. They are neither. We were charged over $300 for a shower head we could have purchased at Lowes or Home Depot for a little over $100. I would advise not to buy their extras. You can go to Lowes or Home Depot and purchase them for less money. The workmanship is a 10 stars. But because of the sales pitch issues, I have them 4 stars.

    Thoroughly satisfied with everything. The sales guy Jeff Ford was professional & not pushy and explained everything well, the measurer Randy was kind and courteous. The installer Chris did a great job and he showed he cared when he asked how he needed to finish with the trim etc. so the flooring contractor coming next week would be successful also. It is worth every penny to be done in 1 day, to have an installer who knows what they are doing & to have no cleanup and have something that resists mold growth. Kudos to everyone at the Bathfitter.

    We are very pleased with our new shower! The quality and attention to detail is incredible. Our old shower was the typical shower installed in homes built in the late 2000s - small, prone to mildew, very limited shelf space.We love our new walk in shower! It is extremely spacious with plenty of shelf space, and most importantly, it is very easy to keep clean! Our bathrooms floor plan is not symmetrical. Bath Fitter was able to work around the unique layout and was able to deliver what we wanted! Very pleased!!!Chris, Adam, and Kell are the A-Team!

    We had two tubs removed and two walk in showers installed on November 19th and 21st. Eddie our salesman was very attentive to our needs and showed us many options as to what we could do. Not one time did he pressure us into our decision to go with Bath Fitter. Also, the ladies in the office Kay and Inga were always friendly each time I would call and they were happy to answer my questions. The young man Chris that installed our showers was AWESOME. He was polite, professional and a perfectionist. You could tell that he took pride in his work. Yes these two walk in showers were not cheap, but I knew they wouldnt be. I am totally pleased with the entire process. From the evening Eddie arrived until Chris installed the last shower on the 21st everything was perfect. You will always have someone to complain and give a bad review on just about anything, but as of right now I am 100% satisfied with our showers and service we received.

    Am very satisfied with their product. I had a tub removed and a walk-in shower installed. Work was completed in a day and a half. Would recommend them to anyone.
