    John arrived in time and got right to work! It truly was a fast painless and clean revamp of our main bath! The job took 6 hours and looks fabulous! We will be doing our other two bathrooms with bath fitter!

    My experience with Bath Fitter was a 5 star plus rating. The SalesmanMr Issa Haddad , was on time, knowledgeable , experienced and highlyprofessional.My salesman had to walk a good distance from his vehicle to my home with all his extremely cumbersome and heavy measuring equipment , computer equipment, manuals along with and top of all the and bath and shower door samples, and he was happy to do so.He was extremely patient during the entire process while My husband and I were completing our Bath Fitter design. There were so many designs for the bath, shower area and hardware choices that it took us a good deal of time to decide. The designs and texture were all so beautiful and unique.It was so hard to decide , however We finally decided on one.I have included a proposed photo of my bathtub design!The Salesman measured accurately several times as to make sure all dimensions and measurements were accurate before he submitted our Bath Fitter package to the company for a quote.I will continue to refer my friends and family to Bath Fitter and most particularlymy salesman.We are anxiously awaiting our new Bath Fitter tub to be installed .When you have tried the rest now try the best !Bath fitter tubs truly outshine all the rest !Signed a truly happy customer!When you choose Bath Fitter you are choosing a true value for this most uniqueBath Fitter product and you will see that your money is truly well spent .I will submit a second review once the tub is installed!Happy Bathing!

    They are amazing. In four hours, the old, ugly tub was replaced with a beautiful, new tub covering. Gone was the ugly thing we had been living with. Now I feel like Im in an expensive hotel. And the installer was great! And the floor of the tub is constructed so you dont slip in the shower. PERFECTION!

    I used them six years ago in my downstairs bathroom. I was so happy with the product and their work that I just had them do my 2nd floor bathroom. Very happy how both turned out. Some may consider it a bit expensive, but its a lot cheaper then remodeling your entire bathroom. Each was completed in one day.Bob S. From NJ

    Over priced for Bathtub sleeve only but great quality and service . At last I am hoping will last for long time $2025.00 . I am very happy replacing the old Green color.

    The first thing I have to say about Bath fitters that they are remarkable when it come to standing behind what they say with their guarantee. I had a problem with my tub that was installed a few years ago. Bob from Bath fitters called me and reacted as if it happened yesterday. He sent one of his installers to see the problem. The installer realized I needed a new tub, and Bob had everything replaced that needed repair. To make a long story short, the installers are knowledgeable and complete the whole job in one day. My bathroom is now brand new and thanks to Bob and his crew I am totally satisfied and would advise anyone who wants a beautiful bathroom, BathFitters is for you. Thank you Bob, Jamel, Will and Zetty for all you have done to make a customer happy. Thank You

    Had a lovely experience. The 4 man team worked quickly and efficiently. Cant remember all the names. They were respectful of the house atmosphere, property and clients. Gave proper advice on how to maintain the bathroom install. Also adapted to houses unique measurements. Special thanks to Ryan Paul and Teneal who came back on phase 2 to make sure even the small details were in place on a timely fashion. Couldnt wait to take a bath in my designer bathroom.

    Used service before 10 years ago in another bath. Never has a problem. When I arranged this second bath done I was granted generous discount as a repeat customer plus a holiday discount plus a discount for placing order on the same day as the consultation. Decided to order beautiful wainscoat as well since it made sense. Never pushy sales rep. Everything explained. Although reattaching my pedestal sink caused a broken pipe, the company offered to return to fix if I supplied the part. Rather than have them back I have chosen to have my plumber come and supply that. And have purchased a new sink faucet as a finishing touch anyway.The lifetime guarantee is a most positive promise. I look forward to not needing anything for my new bathroom for a long time.

    Reliable, professional service. Installed a complete shower/tub covering over our existing tub/shower with new shower curtain rod, rain shower head and tub spout and handle. All done in one day with one day dry time. Immaculate work. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

    I needed maintenance on my bath fitter. It has been around 10 years since I had it done.There were some issues BUT service was professional , apologetic and did everything to resolve my problem.Live in a condo and bath fitters were perfect for me. Still looks new.Highly recommended.

    They installed a new faux brick tile wall system and bathtub covering. Pretty easy to clean thus far, I just use a squeegee. Nice, clean look. Better than dealing with grout! Just remember not to use bleach or harsh scrubbers. Use ONLY products safe for acrylics.

    The entire team at Bath Fitter of Dumont is fantastic. The entire process of having a Bath Fitter system installed was quite painless, from speaking to the customer service team at the office to the installer who performed a flawless installation. My experience with Bath Fitter of Dumont was one of complete satisfaction, everyone involved was professional and accommodating to my needs, and I must say that they did quite the beautiful installation paying close attention to all details, I cannot be happier with the decision to have Bath Fitter update and beautify my bathroom all within one day, and best of all having no mess afterwards.     We love our new bathroom! Romald was our contractor; he was very professional. He Romald did the remodeling all himself, which was amazing… it looks so great! Romald was neat, organized, respectful, and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. You have a great product and Romald brought it to life and made it shine!     Outstanding customer service! Remodeled our bathroom that had a bathfitter tub from a previous owner, during the demo the trim around the tub was damaged. I went into this Bathfitter location and they not only provided the trim free of charge but gave me caulk and tub cleaner as well! In this day and age where people charge you for whatever they can get away with, this was truly appreciated. Thank you to the lovely ladies and gentelman for helping me out.

    Recently I had to call Bathfitter Dumont NJ. That Bathfitter is the nearest to my location. I was in a delema as I needed a part for our shower enclosure which had been installed many years ago. Mia really took control over the situation and had me take photos of the part needed. She called me back and indicated they had the part and could send it out to me, next day. I received the part very timely and installed it. I couldnt have been more pleased with the great customer service I received from Mia, and Bathfitter, NJ. Once again I thank you very much.

    Replace old bathtub with shower.Every aspect of the conversion was done well from the plumber who installed the new Moen plumber to the installer who worked tirelessly. The conversion was done in only one day. The work was neat and the area cleaned up to my satisfaction.

    Put an acrylic bathtub shell over existing bathtub. Existing wall tiles were not disturbed. Installer was professional and meticulous. Liner fit was excellent, as was cleanup.

    About 5 years ago Bath Fitter installed new tile and tub. My wife and I were very pleased with their product and their workmanship.Now I needed my tub area re caulked. Their technician, Daniel, was excellent. He took out all the old caulking, cleaned the area and put new caulking in. Our tile and tub area now looks brand new. And this service is free. It comes with your original purchase.Highly recommend Bath Fitter and, if you ever need a serviceman, make sure to ask for Daniel.

Baker was not only timely but he was very helpful, kind, a true artist, and all around wonderful person.     Bathfitters ( New York) was very professional from picking out the doors, fixtures and colors. On time when products were installed. Neat workers. They cleaned up everything and hauled away old shower doors! I would highly recommend Bathfitters! The crew was from Ling Island New York. They came to Staten Island on time day of installation. Patient & very personable workers- start to finish !!!

    Just got a tub overlay installed for $1,900. Overall job looks good.1comment though.The installer cut the acrylic in the bathroom and left a huge mess. I was surprised he didnt have a vacuum to clean up or offer to sweep.
