Best choice you could make! So helpful and knowledgeable with what they do. Never worked with 2 people that have gone over and beyond what was asked of them. We had a problem with a wiring job, they came out just to provide more wire and without being ask, stayed and help finish the job in 1/4 of the time it would have taken us. So thankful and they will be our only call for any electrically needs we have from here on!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!

Whatever I could possibly save in 500 words or less would NOT do this company justice. They have been absolutely outstanding!New to the DBQ region having purchased a seasoned home, we found that updates were needed not only for aesthetic reasons, but due to RB Electrics experts, for safety updates as well.My guys have been on-time, professional (awesomely fun too!), and all around the best at getting things done in just the time frame that they tell you will. Just a great company from the time I was looking for contractors on line to gather information about the Generac to the time of installation. I got a response from Richard Biechler in less than 8 hours when I posted my inquiry. He came up and explained everything and I had a bid in no time. I was able to call with additional questions and get my questions answered immediately. When it finally came time to install the unit they appeared the day off and at the exact time they said they would be up. Jerod and his two other workers were very professional and courteous and answered all my questions. They had the Generac up and running in less than five and a half hours.I would recommend RB Electric to anyone who wants the job done right. I would give then a 10 on a 5 Point scale.

I had outlets put in my second floor in an old house and added service to my garage for an electric car charger.

It would be an understatement to say I was pleased with the work, professionalism, and overall RB Electric experience. From the start, RBE was easy to contact and very responsive - I had no issues scheduling time to get an estimate. Richard came to assess the job; he thoroughly documented what needed to be done and answered all questions. His estimate and timing for the work to be performed were both fair and reasonable. On the day of the appointment, two electricians arrived. Both Ben and Andrew were very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and detail orientated. The work was completed quickly and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to contact Richard and his team again.

I had a 3-way light in my house that was broken for over 10 years, other electricians had looked at it and couldnt fix it, so I eventually gave up. I decided to give RB Electric a call and they were able to get it fixed no problem. I was incredibly impressed, I wish I had called them 10 years earlier. Will definitely use for all my electrician needs going forward.

Very prompt and professional. We had an issue with an older house where we were losing half the power to the house. They were quick to respond (on a Saturday), personable, and knowledgable. They left that Saturday with a temporary fix and came through that week to finalize a solution. In addition they followed up a few weeks later to make sure everything was still working as desired and to ensure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for updates in the future.

Our office was very pleased with Richards workmanship, courtesy and overall thoroughness. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. We had him evaluating multiple electric needs at our clinic and he worked with us, quickly, to come up with multiple options to resolve our issues. He came to give an estimate, yet ended up running out quick to get the items he needed to fix our fixtures so we didnt have to put it off any longer. We would highly recommend RB Electric and plan to use them for our future office needs.
