    I was referred to Uzziel by my neighbor since Uzziel is local to where we live in Monrovia.     We had problem with our clogged toilets and my preference was to find a specific plumber that we can work with for the future, who knows the ins and outs of our buildings system.Found Drainflow from googling and made appointment.Uzziel was very detail and thorough with his explanation, and most importantly, transparent.     Uzziel Ambriz of Drainflow Solutions installed a tankless water heater for us today. Uzziel is friendly and professional. He spent about 3 hours taking out the old unit and putting in the new with brand new connections.     Called and asked to see if anybody can assess why I was having low hot water pressure.Uzziel said that he can come over that same day and assess which was a huge relief. He noticed there was a problem with my valves, which the previous plumber had told me and I had neglected to repair. He cleaned out the faucet as much as he could, because there was some debris inside, which allowed for a little better water flow and advised me that it would not get better until we replace the valves, and possibly the faucet which he did flawlessly. Unbeatable price, very punctual and professional. Will definitely be a returning customer.

    We had 2 other plumbing companies come out, I didn’t feel confident they could do the job and neither did they! I explained the same info to Uzzie as the other plumbers (we are on a septic), Uzzie did a thorough inspection and was able to clear our stoppage without having to pull and reset any of our toilets.     Great communication, fast, priced well, clean and extremely professional! Hire this man, self employed small businesses are always the way to go! Had a clogged bath tub and our washer machine water would come up into the tub. Called him the night before and he came the next morning at 8am just as he promised! Well he pulled in, He had a huge utility van, I looked out the window when he opened it and everything was well organized! Very impressed with our first meet. He ran a few tests to make sure it wasn’t the main line and it wasn’t. Used a very professional high quality snake that I’ve never seen before, and that did the job! Ran it through the tub twice and cleared it! Pulled out so much hair! He also lays out a heavy duty quilt on the bath room floor to help with easy clean up and decrease any issues of mess. He even took the bag of hair from the drain with him, and not putting it my bathroom trash for me to clean up! Great service! He even gave me some tips of how to maintain my pipes and prevent further clogs! Will highly recommend him and use for future work.

When in need of a plumber for what turned out to be a big job -- replacing my laundry drain under the garage cement floor -- I initially called Drainflow Solutions for a second quote. Uzziel came by the next day to inspect, confirmed the initial diagnosis, and offered a price well below my initial quote. He even provided an additional cash-discount to help work with my budget.     Our house had a backed up pipe that got really bad (washing machine waste water leaking, kitchen sink water backed up - both leading down to the same pipe.). We wanted a plumber to come out as soon as possible, and we called Uzziel. He was finishing up a different job and came straight to our place after. Hes very professional and straight too it. Took care of any clogs in the main pipes and was informative of any questions I had. The price was great and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone having pipe issues.10/10

    I called uzziel (oozey is easier and hes used to it) on a Friday about clearing a clean out and he told me hed come the next day and he totally came through! He texted me about his eta, which was cool since I knew better when to expect him. It was my first time calling him and he treated me like we had worked together before. I even mentioned I might not be awake and he said no problem, hed take care of it from the outside and send me a bill. I ended up being awake anyway but I totally loved him for agreeing to that. He said m-f the prices would be about $75 but since it was after hours/weekends it would be $180. Even though thats a big difference, I still thought it was a great value and Ive paid more in the past for same thing during regular hours. He was upfront/transparent and not slimy about pricing. He also helped me with random plumbing throughout the house before he left. Professional, on time and reliable!
