We called Clearwater Plumbing yesterday because of a recommendation from a neighbor. Today Jim Berry came by to fix our toilet that was leaking. It was a problem child,( the toilet), but Jim would not quit till he fixed it. Hardest working person I’ve had the pleasure to do work with. He was so kind and I just wanted to let everyone know that I highly recommend this company! The price was right and I will be using them again!

Our realtor recommended Clearwater Plumbing based on his own personal experience using them for his home. When our water heater started acting up on a Sunday, I didnt know who to call. Spoke with another company because we didnt know if the issue was an emergency or could wait until Monday morning. Long story short, we ended up having Jackson from Clearwater Plumbing come out to give us a diagnosis & estimate on Monday, and were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to not oversell us on stuff we didnt need. He came out a separate time to teach us how to turn the water heater on/off and how to manage the leak while we waited for the part. The estimate for replacing parts vs. buying a whole new water heater was much more reasonable than the other company. Rebecca (office manager) was very helpful in determining what part we could order ourselves to help keep the costs down, and the whole team was flexible in fitting us in the day the part came in. This all happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Jackson was very courteous about wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers. We will definitely be calling Clearwater Plumbing again for any of our plumbing and water softner needs. Good to be able to support a local, family-run business!

We use Clearwater anytime we need a plumber here at Burke Center for Youth. They always do there best to respond quickly!

Fantastic service. I would give them more stars if I could. Came out same day and fixed both my pressure tank and toilet. Really friendly and helpful, and extremely easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Jim and the team.
