    The Shelf King provides the best pull out kitchen shelving I’ve ever seen. We had new cabinet doors and drawers installed and we needed to upgrade our pull out shelves in the lower cabinets. Chez and Whitney are consummate professionals. Every step of the process was enjoyable which is very rare to say about a home improvement project.Chez made some great suggestions about our configuration and was able to give us larger pullout in some of our double cabinets.

    Accessing everything in my small kitchen can be a challenge, so searched online for slide-out shelving. I was surprised to find that we had a local company who builds and installs these units, perfectly customized to your kitchen. Their service is impeccable; everything from the measurement/estimate session to the installation was perfectly on time. The product is top-notch, high-quality wood. I forgot to point out a gas line in the back of one cabinet, and the owner customized the slide-out to fit on the spot. The installation was surprisingly quick, and I can already tell that reaching pots and pans will require much less Jenga than before! So glad we called The Shelf King.

    Super Impressed with The Shelf King! From professionalism to workmanship, I am so happy I went with The Shelf King as opposed to the big chain competitor. Not only did I save A LOT of money with The Shelf King, but the quality is top notch. The consultation and installment was a breeze, and communication was outstanding! I needed a taller shelf to hold small appliances like a stand-up mixer but wanted to use as much space as I could in that cabinet, so, he was able to put in a shorter shelf where I can now store cookbooks, placemats, and other miscellaneous things. Also, I was super excited that he was able to turn the dead space under my burners into another drawer. The cabinet under my bathroom sink was a definite must because I have so many hair and face gadgets, along with beauty products so now everything looks so neat and organized.     I used The Shelf King to come and install pull out drawers for my kitchen cabinets 9 months ago. The pull out drawers are my favorite feature in my kitchen. They add so much ease and convenience to my kitchen. I had them in my last home and when we moved into our current home they were one of my biggest priorities. Not only was The Shelf King offering great quality but they also offer a reasonable rate for their service. When we initially contacted them, their wait list was fairly long. We told them we had been hoping to have them installed before I had my baby and they worked extra hard to make sure that happened. The shelves I had selected were taking a long time to ship to them, so they offered us an alternative so we could have them before the baby arrived.The day of installation I was having major contractions and other issues in my pregnancy and there was a strong possibility I was going to have my baby THAT day. Not only was he working hard to get the project done quickly, but at one point due to everything that was going on he mentioned that he would be willing to drive me to the hospital if I needed it. Im pretty sure he finished in record time that day and thankfully my baby waited two more days till he was born.This is a business that truly cares about their quality and offering their customers a great service and experience. I cant recommend them enough!

    I was looking for someone to install pullout drawers for my lower cabinets. I love, love, love my new pullouts. They are beautiful, sturdy, and save me from having to get on the floor to get to those back items. As a bonus, I was able to do a review of all the things that were stored in the back of those lower shelves and donate those items no longer needed. The Shelf King is wonderful. Great communication, great work, and a great price. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need shelving.

    I attended a Shelf King presentation at our Del Webb resort. I was so surprised that there was no pressure to buy. We had just moved into our new home with no pull outs from our previous home with all pull outs. I was spoiled by pull outs as I age and my husband disabled so I set an appt for an estimate. Again no pressure when he came, to get on the books. Things that impressed me were:No high pitch sales,Family owned and operated,When the owner set an appt he was ALWAYS ON TIME, got to the point and was out of here. He said when I ordered, exactly when and time they would be installed and he was here on that date and time.I live they are deep enough so things don’t fall over. I highly recommend him and by the way, his cost was less expensive than our previous home.

    We had The Shelf King install back in 6/2020 and our pullouts are still in great shape. That speaks to their quality and expert install. This is a follow-up post as we had a severe undersink water leak in a cabinet with one of the pullouts. It had been leaking over months, then a major leak before we knew of it. Due to the wood material, construction and sealant used it has held up incredibly well! The drawer not only held the water, but due to the sealant on the shelf managed to protect the wood and it has yet to spill the liquid, warp or get damaged in anyway. We are so impressed, major compliments to you and your workmanship. Again, so happy with your workmanship and quality standards.

    Shelf King did all our pull-out shelves in our bathroom cabinets and we are thrilled. They are so trustworthy that they installed the original cabinets while we were out of town so I left the garage code with Chez. Today, Chez put shelving and pull-out drawers in the large cabinets above our oven and refrigerator that have so much wasted space. I now have one shelf and two drawers in these huge empty spaces. I have been able to store twice the amount of kitchen dishes and items. Shelf King is the best!!!

    Shelf King constructed and installed lower kitchen cabinet shelf glide outs for us where we store our pots and pans. We were struggling with heavy cast iron skillets and Dutch ovens as well as heavy cast iron griddles and other heavy and large implements. Shelf King came and took precise measurements and gave us a reasonable quote and when we finally decided to move ahead, they gave us a time frame and stuck to it.     Have you been looking for something that will make your life a little easier? Are you tired of not being able to easily locate items because you cant remember which cabinet they are in and you dont feel like crawling on your hands and knees and emptying cabinets until you find the right one? Or, are you trying to preserve your back for as long as you can? All of these applied to me, which is what caused me to research online for pull out shelf providers. Based on the reviews and website, I decided to contact Shelf King for a bid. It was one of my better decisions.Chez arrived on time and impressed me as capable, skilled and personable. He was like someone you wish was your next door neighbor. Chez listened to what I wanted, took measurements, and provided a written bid detailing every cabinet, including measurements and number of pull outs.Chez gave helpful suggestions. For example, my master bath has a linen cabinet with a built in laundry door and hamper at the bottom. I wanted to convert the laundry portion of the cabinet into storage with pull out shelves. Chez told me he could also build a large drawer at the top where the pull down door to the hamper was located. This was a great idea to avoid wasted space.I was impressed enough to schedule the service and I was booked for about 2 months out from the time of the bid. I paid 50% down as they were manufacturing shelves to the dimensions and specifications of my home.On installation day, Chez was right on time (actually about 20 minutes early due to unexpectedly good traffic). He went right to work. Mine was a large order (about 30 pull out shelves) and he completed it within a couple hours. All of his measurements were correct and the shelves pulled out easily without hitting any of the hinges. All of the shelves appeared to be quality work.I highly recommend The Shelf King and I would not hesitate to contact Chez again for any additional storage/organizational needs.

    I am so happy we went with the Shelf King! I originally ordered pull out shelves from an online store, and once installed, I lost a lot of space when the drawers were inside. It wasnt the most ideal set up or look. My husband did a quick google search and read the reviews for Shelf King and decided to get a quote. They were quick to respond and set up a date to come measure the cabinets and gave me a quote for less than the online store did. The best part is that he was able to remove that wood divider in the middle of my cabinet and was able to attach it to one of the doors, so now I have two large, sturdy, well fit drawers for all my pots and pans. I get so excited opening my cabinets now. Definitely recommend Shelf King!

    Chez built and installed all of the kitchen drawer glideouts in our new build and installed all of our door handles and drawer pulls. From the first contact, they were responsive and informative. Read on if you want more details...Before I go any further, let me tell you right up front that the quality of Shelf Kings workmanship and installation is as good as the top national name brand cabinet remodeling company at about 60% of the price. So on to our story... We spend most of our indoor time during the day in our kitchen, and thats even more the case during this years stay-at-home reality. I started shopping around to find someone to help me make the space more usable in our kitchen (as well as our laundry room and bathrooms -- why not?). I wish I had the foresight to take some before pictures of the jumble of cooling racks, pots and pans and lids, myriad bakeware and assorted cooking utensils I had stuffed willy-nilly in the cavernous holes under the cooktop, above the fridge, above the built-in oven. Some of these spaces werent fully used because I couldnt reach the back of the space (not without tying a rope around the waist of a small child and having the wee thing spelunk to the back to retrieve a Bundt pan, or whatnot...). So I started shopping around and found Shelf King. Heres what I like about the product -- high-grade construction materials. The small details that really make a difference, like bumpers on the corners of the pull-outs to help protect the cabinet doors; dove tail joints in the corners (instead of staples); its clear Shelf King takes pride in their craftsmanship. I have almost 100% more usable space, and Im able to get about 75% more stuff in the same square footage. My favorite new spaces -- the rack above the built-in oven that houses all my cooling racks, muffin tins, etc., and the drawers below the cooktop that house every lid on top and big pots and pans underneath. I also love that I can actually use all the space under my sinks (instead of the front 6 or so).

    We would not hesitate to recommend The Shelf King to anyone wishing to upgrade the kitchen with glide out shelves. This is a local family business which is very efficiently run and well organized. When the installation ran into a problem due to an unpredictable and unusual work around by the original home builder, Chez gave us several options and explained pros and cons of each. Whitney kept us informed, even answering questions from the car as they were taking a weekend trip with the kids. Glide out shelves work perfectly and we no longer struggle to reach items in the back. One word of caution - be aware of how many tall items will need storage when planning the shelf layout. Chez is very helpful in this regard.

    We used Shelf King to install pull-out shelves in all three bathroom vanities and in our laundry room. In the master bathroom both sinks have one large shelf on the bottom and two upper shelves, one on both sides of the plumbing. He came out and measured and gave us the largest upper shelves space would allow. He uses high end steel hardware and everything opens and closes smoothly.Not only can I access my supplies with ease, I can store more stuff without clutter. That space is now useable. Now I know actually know whats under my sink!The laundry room lower cabinet shelves are just as great. I didnt know half of the stuff that had been crammed in there. Its much easier to access those big bottles of detergent. No more reaching down and in and lifting out which really bothered my shoulders. Its a pain free move now.Absolutely would use again, a great investment.
