Dominic was great! Explained all options and the details of those options. Very personable and helpful, he even insisted on wearing the booties even though I told him it was not necessary. Dominic Murdock did some work on my house and did an amazing job. Helped point out some leaks that could have caused a long term problem. Also helped reset my water softener which wasn’t in scope. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! -

The black corrugated pipe that connects to my gutter and goes underground out into my lawn was all clogged up. Benjamin Franklin plumbing came out and Unclogged it. They were professional, prompt, and had the. most fair pricing was quoted. I worked with a lot of plumbing contractors and these guys are hands-down the best so far. Highly recommend them. -

Dominic and Sly are a powerhouse of a team and really took the time to help me understand the plumbing needs of an old home that needed quite a few updates. They were incredibly professional and compassionate. I didnt feel pressured at all from their walk through and suggestions of work to be tackled. Their business approach is truly customer focused. -

Dan Eckles did a great job reinstalling my separated undermount kitchen sink. Cleaned and reglued it. Reinstalled the plumbing below (disposal and dish washer connections). Everything works great now.He was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend for future home fixes.A shout out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for responding to my request within seconds and sending someone out to my house within an hour. Just wow. -
