    Certapro did an amazing job! We absolutely love the work that was done. The whole process was seamless, from getting the estimate with Patrick, to having the color consult come out and pick out colors with us. Maura was amazing with recommendations and helping us be mindful of colors that would work well with those already in place. Daniel and the other painters were incredibly nice and executed our vision perfectly, while providing us updates and walking through the rooms.

    Outstanding experience from beginning to end! Shane started off our experience with such a pleasant and informative presence! His estimate was thorough and VERY well priced! He promised A+ quality of work and he delivered!! I would highly recommend Inmer and his crew of workers to anyone! You can just tell that they care, A LOT! They put in all the extra prep and painting until it was perfect, without us asking! They painted all 4 floors of my 100 year old home with such expertise! Never a “No” or hesitation on anything.     From start to finish, this process was amazingly simple. The task of having my office building painted seemed like it was going to be tedious and stressful, but from the moment I submitted my quote request, all of the stress was gone!Jim came out, inspected the building, gave me options of what would look best, took a few photos, and within just a few days I had my completed quote. All I needed to do was select my exact colors I wanted. CertaPro picked up the paint from the store, brought all the materials to the location and his crew got to work! I could not be more please with the customer service including the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. Starting with Shane who provided our estimate and was very patient as we inundated him with questions. He always got back to us quickly and provided the best solutions. Jamie the scheduler was super friendly, and always provided timely updates, as well as prompt responses to any questions. I cant say enough about Wilson and his painting team. They prepped each area to ensure no mess, took care of all required spackling, primed rooms as required and then completed a spotless painting job. Seven rooms in 3 days. So efficient and yet such a great job with super clean lines. The clean-up was spotless. Bottom line, fantastic job, great costumer service throughout the whole process, and all this at a great price. I am very comfortable giving this team a 5 star review. If you need a professional paint job done at a very reasonable price, call them. You will not be disappointed.

    Sales Rep Chris Cimino and Team Supervisor, Wilson, along with everyone I spoke with in the office were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The cost for painting the entire house and garage was close within range of the two other estimates I obtained. The professional paint crew arrived on time every day, worked hard all day, cleaned up every day and got the job done in the time stated. They did a beautiful job and our house looks like new!

    The team was incredible. I feel my job entailed intricate and time consuming details. They started with 4 men who saw my job through the end. It was a four day job. On day 3 the team showed up with an additional 3 painters to make sure they struck to the promised timeline. They were professional and courteous. They moved and covered all of my furniture. When the job was done they put it all back in place. For the most part it was meticulously done. I am very happy with CertaPro Painters.

    We just used CertaPro Painters for a major painting project for our home including dining room, kitchen, foyer, stairwell and upstairs hallway. We are extremely happy with the work that was done, the professionalism of the company and their dedication to quality and customer service/satisfaction. I will use CertaPro Painters for any interior painting projects moving forward. We bid out for the job and CertaPro was >$1,000 less than the other bidders. More important, their team was wonderful. Shane came to our house and fully evaluated the project, understood our needs and gave a very detailed work specification/estimate at a fair price within 2 days. The estimate included them moving furniture for us, working around hardware left in the walls, fixing small defects in the drywall, etc. - very turnkey work spec.). Once we contracted with them, Jamie worked with us to schedule the job and make sure all of the major and minor details of the job (paint color, textures, work order specifications), as well as schedule for the work was worked out. Once the job was scheduled, Joshua the Production Manager was in contact with us and let us know who his team would be, what we should expect, and exactly what his team would do (which is much more than we expected). Joshua also checked in with us and his team throughout the project to ensure that the work was getting completed, and to our full satisfaction. Most importantly though, Jansen and Vanders were the team that did the job. They were extremely experienced, professional, respectful and craftsmen. Their work was exemplary! They took great care making sure that their work didnt impact the rest of our house by covering/taping everything, moved all furniture needed, made drywall patches and wallpaper removals, and expertly painted our home - ALL IN a day and a half - true artisans! In all, CertaPro provided an full project team, worked well together and with us to ensure the project was completed exceeding our expectations. Well done!

    We had our new condo fence painted to condo specs. I was expecting the painters to show up with a spray painting system as the nature of the fence is difficult to do manually, but they hand-painted the fence and managed to get two coats on in the same day. The work was meticulous, evenly painted with not a spot missing, and no paint was spilled on the patio. The fence looks great! I did go out to bid, and CertaPro was very competitive--even scheduled the work a week sooner than they had expected. We were very impressed with the work and are quite pleased.

    Certa Pro painters communicated extremely well with us, listened carefully to our needs and worked closely with us throughout the project. We were pleased with their work and the finished look of the house. They gave us a good price for the project and completed the project quickly. We are a little concerned about the brief time allowed between the first and second coats of paint and the white trim finish painting behind the downspouts. Very positive experience overall! Our house has high peaks which they had no problem reaching and painting. We will definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.

    We used CertaPro to transform the exterior of our house in 2016. We had them back in 2018 to paint our interior. It has lasted beautifully and we are so proud of these improvements facilitated by professional painters (Im too exhausted to do this myself anymore, IT WAS AWESOME to have professionals knocking out. Worth every dollar. Just now, in 2023 we called to have the exterior touched up - all our trim, repainted the entire porch and front door, and refreshed the coat on the porridge foundation. The house looks great. Scheduling was EASY and the start turn around was far faster than expected. The job was completed in two days by a very respectful and professional crew.     I found the Certa Pro painters to be very professional and they did an excellent job painting our ceilings. I now work from home and was concerned about noise while I was working nearby. However, the painters were very quiet. They covered everything in plastic and once they were done, cleaned up the space and there were no drippings anywhere on the floors. I would highly recommend Certa Pro painters and would definitely use them again.

    We had an unfortunate incident with our first choice of painters for our new home but were very pleased when CertaPro was able to step in and complete the job. These guys came in quick and finished strong. Four painters the first day and six the second day. At times things were moving a little too fast for me to follow, but they really did a great job. There is some follow-up work that needs to be done, but they are coming back to tackle those minor issues. It shouldnt take more than a couple of hours. The workers are friendly and responsible. The customer service is responsive and courteous. My only minor complaint is that on the first day of painting, it was difficult to communicate with the crew since English was not their primary language; so it was a little challenging. That was all reconciled on the second day. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

    The entire experience was excellent. From the estimator, Shane Dugan, through the entire process there was communication.     Certa Pro pricing was well below any of the other quotes we got by thousands. If that wasnt good enough, they have a color consultant at no extra cost. Things got better when our team showed up exactly when they said they would, cleaned up each night, and finished our 2,800 sq ft house in 4 days. Our house has great curb appeal now! The team that came to the house to do the work were polite, courteous (so quiet you wouldnt even know they were there), masked, cleaned up after, and the work was incredible. Walls, ceiling and trim absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this organization and you request Matt as your project supervisor/on-site supervisor painter.

    The service team and painting crew were very professional, responsive, clean and efficient. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. I did, however, have an issue with the color consultant they had me work with. My doors and shutters came out the wrong color, and they did not adequately work with me to rectify the situation. I was very unhappy at the time. But I cant criticize the actual job of painting that they did.

    Had a great experience from start to finish from Chris coming out on time working up a complete scope of work to Trisha fine tuning a schedule that worked for me then the cream came to the top with being so lucky to have Justin & junior a two man crew came out to do a absolute beautiful job from protecting all floors & furniture in the work areas to cleaning up 100% behind themselves to the point when my wife got home after being away for those days she couldn’t believe I didn’t have our house cleaners go thru the house.     I had 8 contractors come to give estimates to paint the upstairs of my house. CertaPro was very responsive, came on time, texted the day before the painting was to begin, was very prompt in answering any questions via email. Several people helped to answer my online questions and all were prompt and accurate responses.The paint team came in and within 3 days the upstairs was neatly painted and looked amazing.They had: a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a library off the bedroom, ceilings, hallway, linen closet and shelves, bathroom, three bedrooms with closets and shelves.The work was completed beautifully and all traces of underlying paint was completely gone (my teenaged daughter had painted her room an electric blue with silver spirals that were not flush to the wall - all of that was gone!).I was totally satisfied and pleased with the work that CentraPro did in my house and we would definitely hire them for any future jobs.

    CeryaPro painted our railings & post while we were away. Very good work. No paint on hinges, latches, etc. Very careful & detailed work. They didnt just slap it on. No splatter. Edged carefully. I would have them paint in the future.

    I am very happy with the finished work (exterior aluminum siding painted). Painters are professional and pleasant. I was especially pleased that they spent a lot of time to touch up and to clean up meticulously.
