    We were super lucky to entrust LBK with a huge renovation of our 20 year old kitchen and laundry room. The designers were amazing and took into account the vibe that we were looking for. The renderings made it easy to in-vision what the final project would look like. The project managers were fantastic keeping up to date daily on what to be expected, who would be in our home and any issues that came up were addressed immediately. Loved the communication ap that they use as well. Being able to see entire month of schedules is great. Cant think of anything that I could say is a negative! Cant wait to see what my next LBK project will be! I actually miss all the people coming in and out but we will be able to enjoy our new kitchen for a long long time!

    LBK Design is the best of the best. Everyone there is so nice and dedicated! They made the entire renovation process for our new bathroom so easy and seamless. From the design process to the actual demo and construction phase, we were involved and kept in the loop about everything without needing to worry about any of the details ourselves. We were in great hands with our dedicated project manager Jose, who gave us daily updates and managed the entire process for us with ease. Our house was kept spotless and they prioritized the cleanliness of our home which we appreciated, especially with 2 young children around. The design team is also top notch and helped us turn our inspiration photos into our dream bathroom that matched our style but is still timeless. We love LBK and would recommend them to anyone! Dreaming of when we can use them again for another project!

    We used LBK Design Build to remodel our kitchen and dining area and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience.Starting with the initial, in-home consultation, Nick listened to what we were looking for and presented a few options and ballpark pricing. From there, working with the Joe and Julie from the Design team to bring our vision to life was awesome. Between collaborating virtually on various layouts and working in-person at their Design center to make our selections, we quickly and easily began to see how our new space would look. The expectations the team set provided a clear idea of how things would go and what we might run into, providing peace of mind for such a large project.Once construction started, the day-to-day process was great as well. Whether it was Jon, Chris, Marius or any of the other contractors, everyone who came through the house was kind, respectful and thorough in their work. We had an amazing team of workers who had various areas of expertise and really came through in executing the plans for our space.Aside from the work itself, all of the ‘support’ staff behind the scenes were very helpful throughout the process. Joanna was a great point of contact for us to run things by as the project was underway and Beth was flexible and understanding when it came to invoices and payments.When the work was done, we couldn’t believe it was our house. To take our very dated space to the modern, open floorplan we have today is nothing short of a miracle.We absolutely loved working with LBK on this project and recommend them to anyone. We have a few more projects lined up and can’t wait to work with them again.

    We engaged LBK for a large remodel of our exterior deck, siding, roof and the interior remodel of our kitchen and moving to an open floor plan. It was a complicated project, and we used LBK due to their experience and skills in design, architecture, project management(keeping the project on schedule) and managing all aspects of the work(including permitting), and sub-contractors. We did experience several issues during the project which LBK helped solve with a high level of project management and experience to resolve. We also had some water issues due to rain at a time our roof was not quite complete and they immediately helped resolve it. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome of our project and would recommend LBK without hesitation.

    Overall Id say very good experience with them. To be perfectly honest there were some communication issues with our project manager that were not ideal, especially regarding the start date were some assumptions were made that we never talked about, as well as some pricing/salesmanship that we felt pushed our budget a bit high before the project started, but we corrected some of that prior to starting. Quality of work is excellent and though not perfect, the house itself was not a perfect clean slate to start with. The opened up kitchen is now by far our favorite room of the house, and the best vote of confidence is from our 14 year old who now does his homework daily at the oversize island. See the before photos and compare for yourself. PS, I wouldve provided 4.5 if it was an option, but I also feel they were very unfairly maligned by other reviewers for an unfortunate incident with a driver of one of the work trucks. Though a sad incident for the family, it is not right and quite vindictive for 3 people to post 1 star reviews for the actions of one individual out of an entire company who was driving a truck where a pet was killed.

    We decided to use LBK for our kitchen renovation and could not be happier. They walked us through the entire process and helped us develop and put to life our perfect kitchen. The entire team at LBK worked towards making sure our needs were met and our stress was eased. They gave us a preliminary plan based on our budget, let us choose our selections, modified to our needs and taste, and then constructed the entire selection, made sure it came to completion at our satisfaction.They were upfront about the cost, made the contract very clear, were available for questions and concerns, met with us regularly to make decisions, had plenty of kitchen options and choices, team was professional, team produced quality work as they all have a great deal of experience. The carpenter that worked on site was terrific and paid a great deal of attention to detail and made sure everything was placed and done correctly. The job site was always clean and well maintained. The whole project stayed on schedule.Could not be happier with the team and entire process. Will use again in the future.

    Luxury Bath & Kitchens (LBK) is AMAZING! Their team is professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! We hired LBK to remodel our kitchen and could not be happier! LBK exceeded our expectations from consult through completion. This was our first time hiring a remodeling company as we are “do-it-yourselfers” with our fixer upper.     My wife and I hired LBK in 2021 to do a whole-house remodel of a century+ old carriage house on our property. The structure had been in disrepair for decades, requiring a new foundation, roof, structural support, siding, etc. In addition, we wanted to build a one-bedroom in-law suite on the top floor, which essentially had to be done from scratch. This required major demolition before installing new framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, flooring, windows, etc.LBK did a terrific job on the project. First, off, they made the design and build process very enjoyable. Their staff is polite, professional, responsive, and engaged. We cycled through three different project managers during the project, but they all were friendly, affable, detail-oriented, and thorough. The designer we worked with in the first phases of the project was delightful, knowledgeable, and flexible with our changing opinions. The quality of workmanship by one regular carpenter on the job was beyond excellent -- a truly gifted artisan who is among the gems of this company.LBK managed our construction schedule well in the midst of the pandemic and persistent supply chain issues -- far better than other companies hired by friends we know with similar projects. Whenever there were hiccups with scheduling, deliveries, sub cancellations/delays, or sickness, LBK was great at communicating the issue immediately and proposing their remedies. As the project progressed, LBK was nimble in adjusting to unforeseen needs or desires. For example, we decided mid-way through the project to opt for a vaulted cathedral ceiling. Another time, we asked for a redesign of our new deck and stairs. LBK obliged us good-naturedly. With a couple of exceptions, all the subs hired by LBK were of high-quality and easy to work with. When there were issues, our PMs resolved them quickly.Overall, my wife and I are very happy with the outcome of this project. The new residential quarters on our land will, we hope, bring decades more joy to us or future occupants. Thank you, LBK

    We love LBK! They have remodeled our kitchen, two full bathrooms, and our sunroom. They do high quality work and are very easy to work with. They have a designer who will help you pick paint colors, windows, doors, countertops, tiles, flooring, etc to fit the style you want in your home. I highly recommend LBK for remodeling in your home.     Our experience with LBK was fabulous. A good friend had recommended them, and we have 2 neighbors who are current customers...all of whom spoke LBKs praises. Our point person, Jessica, was professional, resourceful and extremely patient. Jessica took all of our concerns into consideration regarding price, quality, and design options for remodeling our kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Jessica provides 3 estimates with varying expenses for us to better understand design options. The beauty of LBK is everything is in one place. The showroom is stunning and everything from cabinets, faucets, pulls, and tile are on display. We highly recommend LBK!

    No need to look anywhere else other than LBK for kitchen & bath remodeling/renovations. We hired them to complete our kitchen remodel and loved their work so much that we had them renovate our basement which included a full bathroom and bar. Everyone in the office and on the job site treated us like we were family and not just another job/number. Communication throughout the process of each renovation was superb! All design work was done in-house which made our decision to use LBK even easier. Everything from hanging drywall, installing crown moulding and building the basement bar was done with great craftsmanship! Hire LBK for your next remodeling project and you will not regret it!

    My husband and I were recommended LBK after our friends had used them. We were going through a few different design companies who just didnt understand what we were looking for and kept saying it was not possible. We live in North Jersey and drove down to PA for our initial consult and loved the showroom experience. We were able to meet with the owner of the company, Nick and his wife, Joanna who were more than welcoming and thorough with the project estimates. While we went slightly over our budget, our kitchen came out more beautiful than we initially imagined. I absolutely LOVE it and would recommend LBK for their partnership and superior product design and choice.

    A pipe bursted in our house on Christmas morning and we have been challenged to find a contractor to help us. Nick, the president of the LBK Design, called me back and explained the job couldn’t be worked on until fall of 2023. Unlike other companies he didn’t just end the call with me. Nick spent time during the holiday to help me find another reputable contractor that could help me out more immediately. Thanks Nick!     Nick came out to our house to give us a quote on our bathroom remodel. Ahead of the trip he forwarded some sample projects and a sample contract for us to review. He was courteous, knowledgeable and straightforward about our scope and the budget. Pretty quickly we both agreed that his companys size and expertise likely wasnt a good fit for our small job, but he spent an hour with us anyway answering all of our questions on future projects. We would definitely recommend him, and we will be reaching back out to Luxury Bath and Kitchens when we do our larger remodeling projects in the future.

    We opted to use LBK even though they were $5,000 more expensive than others. Overall the finished product is most but not all of expectations. Our job was a total gut and redo, of a small guest bathroom. It involved replacing a tub with a shower. Cleanliness while working was unquestioned during the 3-4 weeks the project was ongoing. Strengths? Overall design was great. Tile work/flooring was the best! Two shortfalls keeping me from rating 5 stars: First, I expected 3/8 inch glass in shower, it was 1/4 . Why? There was no final project summary update with everything to be used, as finalized. Perhaps that error is on me for not asking for updated version. Second problem was painting. We were told the inside of the bathroom door would not be painted, but unaware the the trim around it would also not be painted. Hence we have two different trim whites. Would I use LBK again? Yes, with the asterisk that I would pay more attention to confirm exactly what was being installed.
