    I called Swisher plumbing over the summer when I had a small leak I was concerned about. The response from Joel Swisher was impressive. he answered all my questions. I saw on the website that he did bathroom renovations and we had been looking for somebody to update our bathroom. Our two bathrooms were just finished yesterday and they look amazing. Took them five days total and they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they had been here. Joel lays everything out. Very detail oriented and organized. And very professional work! We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from Swisher plumbing. We would highly recommend them for any job small or large.

    I have a very old house, 211 years to be exact, a bathroom was added years ago that had and still has lead drain lines. If you have ever seen one, they are connected by a ball of lead soldered around the joint, about the size of a handball. I had a leak from the tub, took the inspection cover off, and behold, it was a plumbing museum! Had a brass drum trap, look that one up, nice heavy brass drainage piping, but it all lead into lead (no pun intended) and it was leaking. I called around specifically looking for plumbers knowledgeable with this old archaic plumbing. Got ahold of Swisher and he described what I was looking at over the phone. They came out, took pictures, sent me a quote, reasonable. Ordered the parts, came out and repaired it. Now it could have been much much worse, had the lead seal busted I would be looking at a bathroom gut job and redo, we are talking at least 10K. So they had a plan, executed and the job is good for my lifetime, the next owner can deal with it!

    Swisher Plumbing does great work. They recently installed a utility tub in my home and completed the job in a few hours. Their staff is very professional and experienced. Additionally they just installed a new hot water heater and other projects in my mothers home. Everything turned out great. I definitely recommend their services.

    I had the best experience with Swisher. Referred by a friend, I called them because we had a sewer line break. They literally had someone checking out the pipe within 30 minutes. Everyone that we worked with was kind and courteous. And the best part was that their invoice came in at half the price of their competitor. Then, they called to make sure that everything was ok a couple of days later. Outstanding customer service. Will definitely use them when we get our bathroom redone.

    Called yesterday afternoon for a repair on my shower and they were out first thing this morning to fix it. Good as new! Tom was friendly, fast and professional. This is our first time needing a plumber since we moved into our house. We will definitely call Swisher next time we are in need! Thanks!

    Have worked with them for several years now. They do quality work and while they may not be the cheapest, they perform work that holds up and can be trusted which in my opinion is the most important when having people work on your home. I would and have highly recommended this team.

    Joel’s team were great for our bathroom remodel, I highly recommend them. It almost never happens where a construction project runs exactly as it was promised - but I am here to say mine did! Great to work with, fantastic communication and is very responsive. Quality work and wonderful gentlemen.

    We have used Swisher Plumbing for our needs many times over the years. From jobs as simple as replacing a toilet to installing a new oil furnace and water heater. Joel Swisher always gave accurate estimates and the work was done as specified and for the quoted price. We are about to have them completely remodel our bathrooms.

    Over the years we have used Swisher for general plumbing needs, when our geothermal folks quoted us $5000 for water softener that was $3000 2 years earlier we asked Swisher for a quote. Turns out it was still around $3200 for the exact Masters system. That should have been a sign. Then we didnt have Swisher involved in our master bathroom renovation...biggest mistake ever. We hired a decorator who brought in her subs and things were not to code. We had the external public septic system back venting into our house. I was humiliated and swallowed my pride, called Swisher and havent looked back. We have 2 more bathrooms to renovate, and I will not make the same mistake again. Everything is great from Joel to Marie in the front office. They calmly look to solve problems, not place blame. Very professional. If there is a mistake, they will be back to fix it. I do not trust any negative reviews posted here, likely they are competitors. Swisher has the market on bathroom renos in this area, are on top of code and work with township. I couldnt get through the fixes without them.

    As a fellow tradesman operating an HVAC businessin the Chesco area, I have always admired the quality of craftsmanship and knowledge Swisher Plumbing presents. Everyone involved from Joel and Tim in the office, to working with Tom and Matt in the field, shows the utmost professionalism and dedication to the job at hand. Not only do we recommend Swisher to all our customers, but we use them on our own projects as well. 5-stars for sure.

    F.H. Swisher truly saved the day today. I had a plumbing emergency and needed help right away. We are new to the area; so, I called my neighbor, who is a realtor, for a recommendation. He unhesitatingly said Swisher plumbing in Downingtown. I called their number and spoke to a person right off, no automated answering system, explained the situation, and was told that they would try and get someone out as soon as possible. They were under staffed due to the COVID 19 situation. Low and behold I get a call an hour and a half later saying they could have a plumber there in a half hour. Tim arrived in about 20 minutes and was everything you could hope for in a plumber. First off, he wore a face mask which was a big relief. He was very professional, had everything he needed to get the job done, and cleaned throughly once he was done. F.H. Swisher is our plumber from now on and I would recommend them to anyone in need of one.

    Always can depend on them for excellent work. They quickly diagnose problems many others fumble and confuse. They have all the right tools and can handle everything from simple to complex. Technicians are friendly and dont leave a mess. Rthey accommodate emergencies and quick service requests well.

    I cant tell you how many times this company has come to my rescue. Sometimes the problem is simple enough that I can get help over the phone, if it is an actual emergency, they will send someone out just as soon as they can get someone free to come to you. Weve had them do small jobs and large jobs, and I have been absolutely satisfied with every interaction.
